SAW BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE LOOKING UP. 🐶 YOU MADE ME TIRED WITH YOUR SORT OUT. I WENT BACK TO SLEEP 😄 LOVE FROM THE HOARDED HORIZONTAL CRAFTER 😘💜 CAMILLE 🇦🇺
I was deprived as a child. I did not have a lunch box because I could walk home for lunch. Also those bus children who came from elsewhere had to milk cows and feed chickens before they came to school. So happy I lived in town!
I am sure you get this comment all the time, but I absolutely love to listen to you! While you were cleaning out your lace, I did mine too. And the floor and one file box... You just get me going! Thank you, Best for the new year to puppy, Holly, love birds, hubby and you.
A very happy New Year 🎉 Love your ramblings and organizing Fridays! - ha ha...children's rhymes! it's much better than singing of, The Great (bubonic) Plague of 1665, where they 'all fall down' Rock-a-bye baby is actually still used in some places around the world..where cradles do not rock, but sway in the wind, in the boughs of the trees. A practical solution for sleeping babies. Keeping them away from predators, all the village noises and yet, near to the working mothers 👍 Thanks Pam - love from Denmark 🌸 💕
Well, I haven’t cleaned/organized any part of my craft area BUT am 3/4 way done with all kitchen, bathroom cabinets and drawers. I have empty places now. Yahoo! Thx for motivating me.
Hi Pam, enjoying your tidying up videos. I use kitchen paper centre tubes to wind my fabric and lace around. It doesn't take up much room. Love your puppy.
Good Morning Pam! Was busy doing the same, we cleaning the basement this past weekend and made piles sell, donate, trash it feels good to accomplish. I have my die cutting station on top of two stacked map cabinets and its the perfect height and keeps me from sitting to much. I cut my Tulle into one inch strips and use it to tie up Etsy orders or freebie envelopes with samples it sticks to itself. I just cut it on my self healing mat with a quilters ruler and my rotary cutter. So I am one of those people that love the iron stuff I have always been like that and I think its relaxing for me. Lol! I walked to school as well but I hated it when it snowed and they didn't clean the sidewalks yet. Thanks for the video hope you have a awesome crafty week. Take care!
Love your rambling ..I never had a lunch box only a paper sack, walked to school with slacks on under our skirts, we were not allowed to wear pants. I had a cow coat. White with golden spots, looked like a Guernsey cow
Hi Pam, Happy New Beginnings in 2021. I remember lunch boxes and broken thermoses. 😭 I always walked to school it was 3/4 of a mile but as a kid it felt like 5 miles...lol. Glue some of that rubber like drawer liner ( dollar tree ) underneath the cup and it won’t slide around. Organizing brings me joy so loved watching you organize. 💞🤗🇨🇦💕
First I had a homemade lunch box, the bottom of a small bleach bottle and my Mom sewed a snug fitting bag for it with a drawstring on top. Later I had a Beanie and Cecil lunchbox. Wishing you a good 2021.

I am also more creative when I have less to work with! I get overwhelmed or confused or something when I have too many supplies to choose from.i think some of my best creations are from years past when I didnt have extra money to buy craft supplies. Basically had a glue gun a pair of scissors 🙃
Project I am working on that needs to happen: Update rubber stamp storage and database in Google Keep. I take them off the wood, put them on foam backing, adhere to home-made long plastic cards, then file into photo boxes. I am up to box 25 of stamps.. Each box has about 20 cards and each card has 10-15 stamps. Found a new life for some of the images for journals!
Oh such wonderfulness!!! I keep all the little pieces and make snippets for my journals. Lace is my one weakness, if I see a pretty one I have to have it.
Hi Pam, that thin netting lace is called Nottingham lace in the UK. I assume it's the same where you are. Your chats make me smile. I was determined that I need to use what I have before I spend anymore on crafts. Later that day.. "omg that fabric sample book on eBay is so pretty. I can use it to make journal covers. I need it!" 😁
Lol! Yes, once it's out of sight it doesn't exist. We just moved and I'm having to completely reconfigure and downsize my studio. So many things I forgot I had!
Happy New Year Dear Pam & Friends! 2021 Is The Year for Organized Craft Rooms/Studios! I'm doing a Complete Redo! I'm moving heavy pieces of antique furniture, metal storage, redoing antique printers bookcase~you name it, I'm tackling it! I'm consolidating stuff that has somehow migrated onto All 3 Floors (the Hobbits came through and have strewn these lovelies Everywhere! I'm Happy they had Fun! :) I'm taking stock of inventory, organizing, culling. Yes, it's Downright Exhausting but Absolutely Rewarding! In the end I may just be too exhausted to Create but I can Rest in my Neat Studio! 😊 Thank you Pam for Inspiring Us All! Love You Lots! 😊❤👭
Good morning and Happy New Year! Thank you for my morning dose of Pam! To celebrate extra days off from work, I am working on a winter jj (using a treasured paper pack! 😬). I will be needing some bits of lace and trims so you are welcome to organize my wads of lace drawer should you have time. 😁
Happy 2021 Pam, I pray that this year is much, much better. Your puppy sure is adorable. Take care and God bless you and yours. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas
Hello again Pam… Now we are into the lace and I love that… I have so much lace and trim I can hardly wait to get into it No, the song, “Ring around the Rosie” supposedly had to do with the plague… The posies in the pocket was Was to help mask the smell of death and decay… Yeah, pretty morbid song for kids to be singing. 😂 You asked what needs to be cleaned… Well I have a lot of stuff actually that could use a good deep cleaning because I just had back surgery after not being able to do much of anything for the past year… A Couple more weeks and Hopefully I should be able to be up and at least start the lighter cleaning… And to me drawers in the craft room would be a great place to start. 😁
What a lovely video to wake up to! Particularly appropriate for today as I have been starting to sort out my crafting area, inspired by your Friday videos, and today I had already decided I would sort my bag of material into boxes, for easier storage and rummaging. Loved sorting alongside you for the first time Pam :)
Hi Pam how I envy your storage draws, shelves I would love your different storage areas, but I'm guessing you have taken years to collect them all seeing your so knowledgeable with your paper skills, Happy New year to you and family I adore your little white fluff ball haha his adorable and your birds, Thank-you for your video's over the years love from a 200 Subscriber it's been a pleasure watching the numbers grow xx
When I started making mini scrapbooks, I, too, bought the big pack of heavy chipboard. It is very difficult to cut. My favorite chipboard right now is pages of a children's board book and is easily doubled for sturdiness. Enjoy your organizing videos. Happy New Year! ♥️
Ring Around the Rosie - reference to The Black Plague (13-17th century). Ashes from the dead bodies falling down. Morbid but what terminology folks had back then. When the Bough breaks - reached a point of no return; been kicked so far down, despair. Has nothing to do with a cradle in the tree Pam....lol When branches/bough breaks from so much pressure is more the refernce.
What a challenge 😂🤣. I wasn’t organizing along with you but I was cheering you on while I had my coffee. 😝. My lunch box had Trigger, Roy Roger’s palomino horse, on it. I broke my thermos early on so I had to buy my milk. Such fun remembering with you Pam. Now to Part 2......🥰❤️
Rock a bye baby originated in 18th century when women working in hop fields would tie their babies’ cradles to tree ranches to allow the wind rock them.
Hi Pam, love your reminiscing, you were talking about bomber jackets also there were bench warmer coats and the pea coat ,my sister and I had what they called wanna be but we felt just as special as the girls that had the real thing.
Did you know if you don't like ruffled least there's one string at the top you can pull and all that stuff at the top will come off and you'll have flat lace and then all that stuff at the cop you can use for crafting to and it'll be like flat trim you can use for tying stuff together anyway try it on one small piece and see what you think
Happy New Year!! Finally done with 2020 blues and welcome to 2021. I am just blown away with all the crafting goodies, drawers and stash of treasures you have; It's just amazing.. Just want to snuggles with cute little fluffy puppy. Have a wonderful weekend and an amazing first day of the first month in a new year!!
Alot of the old nursery rhymes were actually referring to royalty. If they made comments about the royalty, they would be put in the dungeons. So they made up rhymes to make fun of royalty. What they mean, you'd have to go back to what the Royal gossip was.
Did you use twist tie to cinch them each together or just roll them up? Pretty things... You do know when you leave and turn out the lights they will unroll in the draw and mingle, lol.
Hello Pam and Happy New Year to you and the zoo! You mentioned you have a Stand Up Desk.... you also mentioned it in your Q&A Pod Cast but never mentioned the name Or brand ... if possible can you provide that information or link it below ? That would be awesome ! Thank you Pam! ❤️
Pam. What are those things left on your desk after crafting and before cleaning up your lace drawer. I see a distressing ink dauber. Bad thing for that white lace one on the left. And on the right an ind Pad with a dauber on top. Tisk tisk
Ring a ring a rosy a pocket full of posy --- they believed a bouquet of herbs( like a bouquet garni) could keep them safe from the plague---- ahh tissue ahh tissue we all fall down - they caught the plague and died --- a real kid friendly happy rhyme lol
The lyrics refer to the new heir to the throne, born to King James II of England, and actually, express the hope that the infant prince would die so that the reign of King James II could be overthrown. That is what rock-a-bye baby on the treetop when the wind blows the cradle will fall that’s what that means and as a reference to
the meaning of rock-a-bye-baby is about an English colonist who observed the way Native American women rocked their babies in birch-bark cradles, which were suspended from the branches of trees, allowing the wind to rock the baby to sleep.
