Ingredients: 6 to 7 taro pieces
Beef 300g
1 small piece of konnyaku
Burdock 1 piece
1 green onion
Water 300cc
3 large
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce 3-4 tbsp
① Boil the peeled taro and wash the slimy with water.
② Boil the cut konnyaku in boiling water.
③ Boil 300cc of water in a pot and add the taro from ①. If a bamboo skewer goes through, you can add beef, konnyaku, and seasonings.
Add, loosely cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
④ Add burdock and simmer for about 8 minutes.
⑤ Add green onions and simmer for 2 minutes.
⑥When serving, sprinkle with shichimi etc.
