I do watch a ton of vloggers, and here are my suggestions to you to get the channel bigger faster: Vlogs should be about 2-3 times a week (if you're not a daily vlogger), length of them should be between 10-15 minutes, no less no more. Cut the gaps out of the video while speaking (if you're not filming something that is better in the video than out) (best example is the This Is How We Bingham channel), film the environment more or at least be mobile while talking about lenghty stuff (people do tend to skip the parts where a single person speaks while looking at the camera non-stop). I promise you, this will make things easier and faster. You do look good on camera, energy-wise so it's only the technicality before your channel starts to pick up!
