This is very cool! I love books and reading, there are so many differant types out there, something for everyone. You can go anywhere and learn anything in a book. And i'm not switching over to the Kindle anytime soon, books are the last thing that should be technologized(if that's even a word, lol).
Absolutely wonderful! I love the colours, the undulations, disappearing books & patterns you created, as well as your choice of music - essentially, loved it all! Huge appreciation for the amount of work involved.
This technique of stringing together thousands of photographs together to make it seem like a movie is called "Stop motion animation". Its really fun to watch and there are loads of videos on youtube. Check them out!
@mrgingerted123 The Kindle is one of the greatest things to happen to books in a long time. Now, not only can I carry more than one or two books at a time, I'm not getting price gouged for things like mass market paperbacks. I have a BA in English and am not ashamed that the Kindle is a wonderful invention and is not detracting from books in the least.
if you love stop motion, then please check out appleflea, its not my video, but it has mt user name, weird or what, thats stop motion at a diffrent level. toys playing guitars and drums, very well put together, a music video, by a band called appleflea, I love it. lmao kind of video.
I love it, but about the books at the end - there are several repeats. Did you have multiple copies of the same books, or did you just think no one would notice? Because if it's the latter, you have vastly underestimated the collective boredom of the internet.
lol i got distracted with all the nonrelated things moving around like the banana and the moving dragon.....very cool came here after seeing you're other video of the bookshop being featured on yahoo....looking forward to more videos!!!
God this is awesome! you can't totally understand what you did unless you love books, oooops then you understand it! you understand me! wonderful people!that is what you are! thank you thank you thank you!
it's kind of fun to watch this once through just looking at the clock: starts at about 1:10 and ends at about 12:15.... 11 hours!! (although there was a big jump from about 6pm to 10pm. editing break?) AND the movement of the hands kinda matches the music. sounds like a fun day to me :)
Actual books are wonderful! My dad tried to buy me a kindle; I wasn't having that. I need to feel the book in my hand and physically turn the page. Nice video!
