International Street Food Festival - Gusti di Frontiera, Gorizia, Italy Thanks to : La Cuisine Francaise - Mercatino Regionale Francese info at : silis69@inbox.lv #frenchfood #streetfood #food
this is not typical french food!! it's an imitation. deep frozen and industrial food for turists only. food is art! not that bullshit sorry. you're welcome in France :)
It's in Italy. They are italians and I don't know if it exists in France that way to make street food. Anyway, in France, there are a lot of restaurants that work in the same way, hidden in their kitchens 😉
Crazy crazy ! You eat in street ? You think it’s healthy ? You didn’t respect your own organes ! Crazy ! Wake up after that it should be late liver disease cancer …..
Italians making French food with tinned and bagged ingredients using "METRO Chef" convenience line. Not the worst METRO has to offer, but anything but fresh. And this stall is horrendously expensive. Gotta pay all the many people stirring in those big pans.
Your videos are amazing but one small thing, if you could put up what is in each pot just for a second that would be great, some of the dishes are obvious but some are hard to tell what it is, thank you
Some of it looks good, but €12,- for a “small” mealbox is outrageous! Afterall it’s streetfood, it should be easily affordable to all and the quality and quantity should be in balance with the price.
@@MaximC It's not only in France, these kind of food stand are fucking expensive in most european countries (same in Germany or Spain for example). But everyone in France know it's just shitty food that you get at concerts or events.
Comment peut-on appeler ça de la cuisine Française ?!! ...
My French isn't the best, but I gather that a fair number of people commenting in French aren't too impressed with this food. But as an American, I must confess that (compared to our every day food that's easily available to the public) it looks really good!
I'm french and I can tell you all this is really really bad quality: Frozen potatoes like these are really bad! So forget the raclette and tartiflette here. White beans are in cans.. you have to buy them dry. Cassoulet has to go to an oven to make a nice crust. Finally paella is spanish so I let a spanish guy comment how bad it looks too..
-first of all it's not French people on the stand -second it's junk food with vacuum-packed products the boeuf bourguignon he prepares it in 5 min🤣 shown in hand while a real boeuf bourguignon minimum is 3h00 in reality Shameful....
It's in Italy. They are italians and I don't know if it exists in France that way to make street food. Anyway, in France, cookers, hidden in their restaurants kitchens, often do the same or even worse and they say to the customer's that is "fait maison"... L' arnaque à la française !
I wanted to go to France and order Street food. Actually, I was getting ready to visit France but the pandemic crisis hit so the trip was cancelled. But monitoring the situation closely so I could hit the roads again.
Du macdo français made in Italie. C'est triste.
Frozen potatoes in a bag and frozen cooked carrots, canned beans?? This isn’t Frances best. And those big pans all look cold. Definitely not cooking. SMH 🤦🏼♀️ the more I watch, the more I don’t like. Just my opinion The pans are not hot. This is awful to be completely honest.
Three questions - do they throw away those bell pepper tops that they cut off? And, how do those young men get their feet through those skinny jeans? And the guy at 9:16 - is he pulling on himself?
As a french cook, I disagree with this shape of french cuisine, it is not traditionnal at all and it is certainly not as good as the original meats. By the way, "raclette" is from Switzerland and "paella" is from Spain...
They are at gorizia town in italy and they are all italians, this is italian street food, and they are speaking in italians with the north italy dishes.
The cooking areas are very clean. I dont see anything on the floor, no dirty dishes and recipes look great. I was trying to catch that caramelized onion and chicken one. I know the cut the footage not wanting to give up the recipe. It's cool. But I will pass on the dish with the beans.
