An overview of the 1960s Orient World diver. If you would like to collaborate, or send your watch for a review you can send me an email at paulmandujano@yahoo.com and I can cover half of the shipping.
You mentioned that the watch wears nicely on your wrist but can you give me an idea of your wrist size? The watch (vintage and revival versions) are 43mm dial and 46mm from the lugs. My wrist is skinny at around 15.5-16cm in diameter.
Dumb question, how does the world clock part work. I’m in Saudi Arabia, where do I set the dial to observe other time zones? Or is that not how it works?
@@sixaxis222 yeah, I feel like it just over complicates the issue. Literally I can do the math in my head, or look at the time zones on my watch and then do the math in my head. It does work as dive timer though. But In 30 min intervals. Still love the watch though, she’s a beauty
@@watchroll3310 Yeah, it's the 1942. Would love to swap it with a modern orient movement auto/manual/hack. I'll visit my local watch maker to see if it fits the case and maybe throw a double dome sapphire glass. I think it's worth it.
