Oriental stork (Ciconia boyciana) endangered - Mai Po HK
With only 1000-2500 global population for oriental stork, this is very much endangered. Even lesser than HK's favorite mascot, black-faced spoonbill.
This video is closer than previously recorded beginning of this year. Looks like there is a transmitter attached to the stork's leg. When a sizeable grey heron stood beside this stork, contrast of size could be seen stork is indeed large.
