the intersections with the diagonal crease are the reference points to divide into thirds (they are circled on the diagram at top corner). The new folds go through these intersections

After 1 hour of measuring, I cut the paper. I realized it was 20 cm by 9 cm So i spent another hour remeasuring the paper Finally i got the measurements I spent 30 mins cutting it. I realized i had cut horribly I spent another hour measuring Then i spent 30 min cutting it PERFECTLY Finally i got the rectangle Next i spend 2 hours coloring one side perfectly in black. But i accidentally crumpled the paper So i then took another hour measuring Another 30 min cutting And another 2 hours coloring without crumpling the paper I FINALLY GOT IT . But then i wanted a break And scrolled through google And saw a 21 cm by 9 cm rectangle To be printed out. And i thought, WONDERFUL!!!!!!
