This titans spine is starting to look a lot like the issues of 2018 Melbourne storm and I can really see it being similar as a storm fan. Aj brimson being Munster. Absolute game breaker. 1 of 1 player. Best position is probably fullback but boy is he an elite 6 as well. Campbell as Hughes. Been a career fullback however that spot is taken. So he shifts to halfback with all the ball skill in the world and just needs to fine tune the defence and kicking game to make the transtition. Kini as papi - just an excitement machine. Rapid as all hell. Like letting a rabbit out of a box. All 3 could easily be the best player on the team on any given day

The Warriors forwards including AFB run then step through gaps all the time making easy metres. They don’t smash into the defensive line wearing out and hurting the opposition middles. That’s the main difference when you compare Fisher Harris to AFB, that, and defence.. Fisher Harris hits far harder and more often than AFB. I’d expect Barnett to be back on Saturday with the hard running Ale, Laban, Afoa all possible inclusions. SJ will be dropped, he’s just not 100%, or if he is, he’s been surpassed. CHT has been playing well and his combo with TMM is better than SJ and TMM. Outside backs can only play on the platform the forwards provide so few changes there..

Re Meaney - I’ve been told by someone very close to the coaching staff at the Storm club unless he picks up defensively he will get dropped. The Storm are well aware he’s the issue in that defence, he’s been getting carved all year unfortunately.

they mention the three send offs for head high tackles and the positions they play in but forget to mention all three were roosters players. if it was just one or two times that would be one thing, but three? and potentially more with the rest of the season to go. something is going on in the roosters training that's leading to these incidents. no other team is pulling this shit.

Doueihi is big enough and could play the Isaah Yeo type role with Jerome in the team next year. He certainly has enough pace and skills

Funny you say that about dylan walker having his worst game kempy cause about 4-5ish weeks ago his mrs moved back to Australia with his kids. So wouldnt be suprised if he is unhappy and thats starting to catch up

When the Manly team was named I was left scratching my head. Not sure what Siebold was thinking with playing a winger at halfback. Especially with 9 of our regular 17 out plus 3 reserves unavailable. Just dumb coaching when 2 points before the Bye were paramount

The Warriors loss was so bad that people are concerned about them ha ha, it's like that depressed mate that you need to do a welfare check on. But yeah something's not right there, that was a cry for help. I do think SJ's contract being up in the air may be a factor... I don't know anything about it but is it a coincidence that the Wahs noticeably fell off as soon as Fisher-Harris got signed? Does that muddy the waters $$$ wise in terms of $$$ for SJ?

A couple things I’ll say about Humphries. Firstly we did have 2 halfback options, Arthur and Wakeham. For obvious reasons neither were available for selection It’s just word now, but it seems like Humphries won’t be at the club next year. Seemingly the club only thought of Humphries as a possible hooker option in the future, they don’t see him as a long term half for the club. It’s worth noting Humphries didn’t really make a name for himself before moving to hooker last season, so maybe that’s the thinking of the club? I personally don’t understand it, Humphries has played way better for NSW cup this season at half than hooker and I don’t see how he’s a worse option than Talau in the halves. But it could also be that it became clear he wouldn’t at the club moving forward before the game and thus picking him made no sense And Guru makes a good point on Koula btw, he’s had a really poor year by the standards he set himself last season. I do understand why the club swapped him, having Saab and Koula on the same side of the pitch isn’t ideal but Koula hasn’t been in space once this season so it’s not really making a difference. It’s really messy with our backline at the moment; Garricks struggling at right centre, Koulas struggling at left centre, Talaus killing it on the wing. If we do play Turbo at centre (Im confident we won’t) then we would have some stupidly tough decisions

At what point does Adam Gee get a go reffing origin? I think everyone loved how he did the GF and the tests last year, and Klein at this point gets in the way for both teams and makes objectively bad or ego driven calls. It’s not even biased to one side or Another it’s just mid asf reffing

Was at the game supporting the Titans and I think AFB needs to be dropped, He walked straight to the sheds after the game, No handshakes with teammates or Titan players and didn't spend any time with all the Warriors fans that made the trip. Warriors have other problems of course but it doesn't help if one of you're players is like this.

if we are picking a hooker to play 20 off the bench why don’t we pick api? As good as connor watson is, api is still a much bigger threat from 9. i guess it’s the utility value but im still not convinced that watson wouldn’t get bathed at centre in origin. and we can cover all the forward positions pretty easily with the rest of our pack. robson could play 13 in a pinch.

Call bullshit on Kempy talking about every team does need a link man 13. When in the past I’ve agreed that coaches need to play to their cattle & gameplan more so than trying to copy & force players into that mould. You absolutely do not need that link man. If your 9 can throw a 30m bullet then you’ve got Moses linking with Dyl or Luai with one or the other sweeping you can get from 1 side to the other with ease. And you’re looking to hit Trell on one edge Critta on the other why would you want any to many cooks in the kitchen. Works at NRL level but that extra linkman slows the time it takes to get fast clean ball to your edges. Less hands quicker service just get the ball to the edges Murray is the perfect 13 for it and even Patty hardly ball plays unless they’re looking to hit the tramlines and set on the other edge to hit back
