This Kid Venom story gives folktale vibes. Which makes sense giving the setting. Heck host is even called Kintaro. Which is similar to other famous folktales like Momotaro and Kentaro. He even has animal compaions and fights a bear like those two did.

This pilot manga is so cool . Definitely inspired from Japan folklore Kentaro. Also the name can be direct translate into "golden boy" cause kin is gold , taro is common name for a boy .

Since you did history of Marvel's Black Knight, Can you do history of Marvel's Dreadknight? If you seen the recent episodes of season 7 of the Flash, can you do history of Impulse, XS, Psych, Fuerza, Steadfast, Chillblaine, Abracadabra, Rainbow Raider, Mirror Master and Top in your next video?

"manga" yeah, that's not in manga style. You can have some leniency with authors like Araki or Nightow who push a more of a pin-up style IN the actual manga industry, but as a loan word into English, a certain level of formalism is an absolute requirement. You can't just have webtoon style comic with some Teen Titans trappings and without the visual flow of manga paneling, and then have the brass BALLS to say "this is manga". Say that you're justified in taking a Japanese word, and misusing it in this, English loanword ultra-reductive way. The way something is just a common term in a foreign language, but you take it as a SPECIALIZED little box. Planet of Hats thinking that "Japanese version" is the ONE thing your industry actually imports from there. Like "any animation" including SUPONJIBOBU, turns into "you know, ANIME, like One Piece and Naruto". This absolute bukkake of tactlessness.

This mistake to give miles too many power. U ruin a street level character by costantly giving him power to solve all problem. Hell why did a spider became miniture thor? If they want to give a spider more power, just make another character like spider boy (who is a jumping spider)

Yeah, just to be clear, most spiders have terrible vision, they can hardly see color and only with green and ultraviolet receptors some spiders do have a type of good vision, including wolf spiders, flower spiders, jumping spiders and net-casting spiders, but even then its not wholly incredible, theres always some sacrifice in quality or range

I think that his power set is progressing due to the different radiation. The spider that bit him We seen and passed peter become one with his spider Totem what they kind of went away with it period I've wanted joy. Peter with is stingers stingers to came out of his arms. He had an enhanced spider sense during that time, but the writers took it away. If all of those people that actually got bitten by a spider had their abilities expanded on due to the type of radichin from that spider would be wonderful.

Marvel is learning the wrong lessons from manga.

I wouldn't say Miles' new Vision ability is a type of X-Ray vision. I'd say it's moreso a technique that allows him to see the Electrical currents withing Nervous System. Sorta like how a Sonar System detects objects for Submarines, that's how Miles' new ability works
