I doubt the average burger would be as good. My local Wendy's might be better, but I couldn't know that as a fact. Homemade, by me anyway (can't speak for everyone), I know is better: the extra steps the cook in the video does, to add more flavor is great; even surpassing many places in the US, but a home-cooks can even further when making cheese burgers, but you can't expect a business that needs to output volume to use so much extra time on cooking techniques.
