I think my favorite thing about Ben and Erin is how they see beauty in what they discover. Most people would just cover things back up, but the excitement and creativity of these two is nothing less than magical. LOVE this show and these people.

This is one of my faves for this couple. I'm glad that they don't just paint over old wood floors or fireplaces, instead they preserve & enhance them. They also reuse or upcycle things recovered from the demolition. 👍

I was worried that bead board coffee table was going to have an uneven surface, but it looks like they planed it down nicely. I like that nobody minded that he put his boots up on that table-I’d rather have that than furniture so exquisite you’re afraid to touch it. 👍

Only $143,000!!! For this beauty? Amazing. And the fact that they kept part of the porch screened in is a bonus because the South has mosquitoes that make sitting outside NOT FUN. I only wish they would add more ceiling fans to the porches because mosquitoes don't link wind. Another wonderful renovation.

There's so many craftsman houses in florida in certain neighborhood. I'm from New Jersey and planning to move out there and wish there was a Ben and Erin out there. I love everything about them.

It adds a lot of character, but I wonder about how cleanable that backsplash is... I wouldn't want to have to try to wash down messes off of rough brick work.

Love this! Houses are so cheap there. I wonder what the average wage is. All around Northeast Georgia, house prices are high. You’d be lucky to get a mobile home for $150,000. The house on this show would probably cost $400,000 renovated.
