Back in 2006 I was able to purchase some OEM NOS Toyota Wheel wells in Texas, USA. I had them shipped to Europe. These 'US specs' have the optional wheel well support channels for mounting a roll-bar and the clips for a wiring harness.
The parts where shipped from Gulf States Toyota (GST) parts distribution center in San Felipe to Toyota of Richardson in Richardson, Texas.
