In this collection video we take a look at my current Original Xbox collection, which is 95 games. I didn't own an original Xbox until about 2 years ago. I hope you enjoy this video and check out my other content!
Great collection! I bet its gotten bigger since this video. I've recently started collecting for the Xbox. I did have one when they originally came out and my friends and I played Halo nonstop. I've been looking for a Duke controller for mine! Great video!
Discussing Half Life 2 with Tight White we both discussed how amazing the flow of the game is. There is not one cut scene in the entire game. The story is told through the gameplay and the character interactions. You get the idea of how important Gordan really is in this universe even when he does not mutter one word the entire game. The game is flawless in my opinion. I can see how a lot of people beg for a sequel. Awesome video man!!!
I recently played through Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory and it was an awesome stealth game. Many people consider it to be the best splinter cell and one of the best stealth games ever. If you see it for cheap you should pick it up. :)
CMRetro Gaming can i ask a question is original Xbox games reverse compatible on the Xbox one? Because I've bought a few games and they do not work, even some of my 360 games don't play, apologies for the bother
Nice collection Chris!y favorites that I do not have is the Metal Slug compilation, Predator game, and Tecmo Classics. My Xbox collection video should be up tonight at some point. Thanks for inspiring me!
Great collection Chris! Without a doubt, my favorite games on the original Xbox are the RPG's like Star Wars KOTOR, KOTOR 2, and Fable. Jade Empire was another very cool RPG developed by Bioware on the console. One of the first games that I played on the system is one I don't hear people talk about much, but was actually a pretty solid title. That game is a squad-based shooter called Brute Force in which you control each of 4 characters that have their own special abilities in combat. Of course Halo and Halo 2 are some of my favorites as well.
Prince of Persia, WWE Raw, Need for Speed Underground, True Crime: Streets of LA, Star Wars: Obi-Wan, Blade 2, Hitman 2... Just a few game I would play back in the day
Very nice collection, makes me want to start collecting all the games i missed over the years. So many games I said I would get round to purchasing for the original Xbox when it was out but with the 360's release, I forgot about them. Subscribed :)
I currently have a collection of 31 Xbox games, and here are some of my personal favorites: Blinx the Time Sweeper - An underrated and great but hard-as-balls 3D puzzle-platformer. Jet Set Radio Future - A great sequel to an underrated Dreamcast gem. Pac-Man World 2 - Put simply, a fantastic 3D platformer. Psychonauts - A fun, smart, and really funny 3D platformer about going through people's minds. Rayman 3 - Another great 3D platformer Spongebob BFBB/Movie Game - Again, both great 3D platformers Spongebob Lights Camera Pants - A frantic and fun party game that can be just as if not more fun than Mario Party. Tony Hawk's American Wasteland - A quite underrated and overlooked skateboarding game.
Very nice dude! I was lucky enough to grab a Halo edition Xbox in high school. I've hated life ever since I sold it in a moving sale, and forgot there was Jet Set Radio Future inside it. Hope to get a collection like your's soon!
I started last week My collection is: Conker LIVE Driv3r Gta vice city The incredibles Jurassic park operation genesis (lucky :D) Counter Strike Gta 3 Tony hawk underground 2 Tony hawk 3
nice collection im at about 100 games for xbox maybe little more need to count again im always picking them up great video oh and i subbed to your channel maybe ill do my collection on my channel soon
Thanks for watching and Subbin' I appreciate the support. You should totally do an Xbox collection video! I'm going to release my updated GameCube collection video tomorrow!
Awesome collection! ''I don't like FPS but here's all the Tom Clancy games!'' lol!!! Splinter Cell is a bit valuable because it's the game required to mod an Original Xbox! Morrowind is one of the reasons that I bought the OG Xbox in the 1st place! Fuzion Frenzy is an awesome party game! Hunter is not a bad game! DOA Volleyball is my guilty pleasure... it's actually a pretty solid volleyball game believe it or not! LotR Third Age is an amazing game! Bard's Tale is an extremely funny game!!! Star Wars Kotor is another game which I bought my Xbox for! Wow this was an awesome trip down memory lane! Great video and keep up the good work!
Any OG Xbox owner should have the 4 original Splinter Cell games. (which are heads and bounds above in sound, level design, level size, visuals (lights, shadows, character models) than the PS2/Gamecube versions.
Good start! Ninja Gaiden has an upgraded version called 'Ninja Gaiden Black' which includes all DLC (which are unobtainable without modding your Xbox) on the disc along with some extras and fixes that were exclusively added to Black, It should only be $10-15 and is one of the best action games ever made! The Star Wars Battlefront Xbox versions have DLC that wasn't on the PS2 so you'll have to mod your Xbox if you want to try those out. Look for Phantom Dust, it's by the creator of the Panzer Dragoon games and is a action/card game with semi destructible arenas. Godzilla Destroy All Monsters Melee Xbox version has some extra content that wasn't in the Gamecube version.
I've played x men next dimension on ps2 as a kid. Horrible load times and its really hard towards the end of arcade mode but still a pretty fun game. Great collection man
I love how the Xbox differs from the PS2 with its more PC-like games. I love both consoles differently. I don't have an Xbox 360 or Xbox One, but I do have a PS3 and PS4.
The thing that separates the og xbox from other systems of the same era is that the games that support system link can be played online through lan tunneling software such as xlink kai. check out "xbox kai" on youtube. there are 700+ members on discord playing these og xbox games online with each other weekly, games like halo 2 daily. Even though xbox live is no longer in service you can still xbox games with others online, the ones that support system link. Also if you like football, imo nfl fever 2004 on the og xbox is one of the best football games ever made. Check out unreal championship 2, an arena fighter game ahead of its time, exclusive on og xbox, they never made a game like it ever again, one of midway's last games before they went away, and a very good one. And also phantom dust another og xbox exclusive, very unique game, it combines action with the cerebral elements of a card game, microsoft actually remastered this game for PC due to fan demand. I can see why xbox doesn't get much love, it emulated the PC too much compared to other consoles. That is why they didn't have the titles that made nintendo and playstation popular with console gamers. It did even more so with the xbox 360, almost 80% of the xbox 360 titles are shooters. But there are definitely a few gems in the og xbox collection you cant get on other consoles.
Great XBox collection! Yeah, I'm not a fan of FPS games either, but I actually have played a lot of Halo 2. My friends would set up two TV's and have 4-vs-4 battles. It was a lot of fun playing with them, despite the genre not being my thing. :P Still, pretty much a must-have for the system. 6:38 I got Myst III for the PS2 recently. I still have yet to play it. I loved playing the first game on the PC way back when. And I think Hunter the Reckoning is a good game. I played it on the Gamecube quite a bit. 8:55 Fable, my wife actually introduced me to that game. I really like it. I still have to play the sequels. 12:00 I am a fan of survival horror. ;) I need to get the Silent Hill games. I think I only have 2 currently. And the Fatal Frame games are great, love them. I have them on PS2. I think that the third one was a PS2 exclusive. 15:18 Woo RPG Tour Guide! He's such a great guy. :P Hahaha. Stubbs looks like a fun game. Again, great collection! :)
Awesome Xbox collection Chris! Actually on Panzer Dragoon Orta you unlock the PC version not the Sega Saturn version of the original game (I'm 80% sure) lol. I'd recommend any Xbox exclusive title because they seem to be all good (reasons why I'm going for a complete exclusive collection)
Either did I until I read online about it being the PC version and not the Sega Saturn version. I'm assuming they used the PC version since it would be easier to port over as opposed to the Sega Saturn version. Either way it's still an awesome feature to be able to play the original. That's what needs a remake! Panzer Dragoon 1 & 2!!!
I currently own 112 Xbox games (My new record for a set of games on a console). I have the console since Christmas 2004 (but got another one after the one I have since 2004 won't power on anymore) and I have some games for it at the time (and still do), but I later bought more games from October 2015-Present.
CMRetro Gaming My favorites are WWE RAW 2, MechAssault, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, Quantum Redshift, Project Gotham Racing, NFL Fever 2002, ESPN NFL 2K5, Deathrow, The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge, SoulCalibur II, Counter-Strike, Blood Wake, BLACK, Amped, Grand Theft Auto III, Unreal Championship, Max Payne, Splinter Cell trilogy, Metal Arms: Glitch in the System, and ESPN NHL 2K5.
My collection so far 007: Everything or Nothing Enter the Matrix Grand Theft Auto: Double Pack (Grand Theft Auto III) (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Halo 2 Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb The Simpsons: Road Rage The Simpsons: Hit & Run Sneakers Spider-Man Spider-Man 2 The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Star Wars: The Clone Wars / Tetris Worlds (I had "Shrek", but sold it because it was too hard, only to find out the Shrek DVD has hints & tips for it)
You dont sound so enthused over your xbox collection. Maybe if you choose games you were interested in and actually played them you might have a better opinion on them.
Star Wars Jedi knight II Jedi outcast was one of my favourite games on the original Xbox and I feel that the multiplayer was on par if not better than battle front in my opinion as I sunk hundreds of hours into it on Xbox live back in the day
Oddworld: Munch's Odyssey is a really good game in my opinion, you should play it. Btw, do you know where I can find good controllers for the original Xbox. Both of mine are broken.
Cool video another xbox game that is criminally underrated is Amped. I'm not into snow boarding skate boarding or anything like that but amped is seriously fun as fuck.
if i had all these games and the console i would sit and play all of the games and try to finished them all and then after that i could say i sat and played a bunch of games and i finished them all and now i am a true gamer
I'm so ashamed to admit that I have never played a single GTA game before. I missed out the OG Xbox growing up, I was a PS2 fan at the time, but I did eventually go with the Xbox 360 (mostly because of playing Halo in college). My OG Xbox collection is still pretty slim, but I'm also a happy owner of Conkers for it as well!
3:49. If you ever do try them out, definitely try out the glitches and getting out of the maps. Grenade jumping to cool spots and super jumping/bouncing in Halo 2. Tons of other cool things like the scarab gun
You should just softmod your xbox.No more dongle for dvd.You can play back ups or ftp your games as well as play emulators for older games.Look into that or ask me for info
That's inadequate and meager for the quality of your content. Depending on the content u put out there StoryFire pays like four to seven times what youtube pays.. Seen the difference. McJuggeranuggets understandably switched over to StoryFire. His earnings are substantially greater and for way less views and reactions/comments. RU-vid is like the Walmart of video streaming websites. If RU-vid gave you an quarter ounce of weed for a video with 100K views, chances are StoryFire would give an ounce of bud for 100K views to use an analogy.
never owned an originally I switched from PlayStation 2 to 360 anyhow is their an adaptor to be able to use a 360 wireless controller on original xbox.
+Chris Miller oh because ps2 has an adaptor u buy just plug the adaptor in the controller port and u can u a wireless controller because the original ps2 controller is wired I think xbox has that I hope so because I hate wired controllers.
+Chris Miller hey u said u were stationed in Yuma and I see your wearing a marines shirt were u in the marines if so have u been to camp Lejeune marine base in Jacksonville north Carolina that's where I stay.
+Chris Miller 97 oh your making me feel young I'm only 20 but yea Jacksonville has changed so much since then we have two walmart supercenters so many new restaurants do u remember much about it
