To make a long story short, I ordered some parts from SOLGW and assembled my first upper. SOLGW sent me the wrong barrel nut for my rail. No big deal right? Except when I installed my gas block I broke off the allen key into the screw and did not have a way of removing it. Mike got a hold of me personally and paid to ship my upper to them and they installed a new gas block and the right rail hardware and sent it back to me. When I offered to pay for the repair work he refused to allow me to pay them. What started off as a bad experience for me turned into a great one. Ill forever be grateful to Mike for reaching out to me personally and ill be a forever customer of SOLGW.
I'd drop my job, leave the DFW area and move to offer to be the network Sys Admin for these guys if they needed it in a damn heartbeat to share the same passion for the 2nd amendment and firearms as these guys. I could learn so much and love to go to work every day. Awesome story!
Without ever seeing Mike, he is an honorable man. In a world of jealousy and attacking the competition, he only speaks well, of those who are his biggest competitors. And NEVER runs down the value manufacturer's by name.
You guys rock. I am in the process of piecing together a new upper receiver, and while I was doing research on rails, you answered my emails on the install and spec sheet questions on the EXO3 handguard. Won me over and I can't wait to build out this upper.
@@SonsofLibertyGunWorks1 Possible to set up a preorder list? Get notified by email when your number comes up, and if you don't respond in an hour, next number for that item gets notified? If not, when is the best time to look on the store to see what got stocked?
Received my first ever BCG in the mail today and it was one of yours! I can't wait to get my first build completed! Also, I really appreciated the copy of the U.S. Constitution in the package! That speaks volumes that you guys are grateful Americans. I wish you many years of continued success!
It may sound counter intuitive, but y'all are my inspiration all the way out here from California. I'm looking into moving and applying for a type 07. Thanks Fellas for the great and inspiring work!
I wish i had known about y'all when i first started messing with the AR platform. I'm literally saving every pay check for your parts. Congratulations and much more success to come.
What an amazing story. I really wish I could just build rifles day. It's amazing how much into every little detail you can go. And how even the most seemingly small thing can make a huge difference in how a rifle performs
Bought my 1st from y’all when I walked into the shot and y’all had one in the wall. Someone ordered it then didn’t like the color, and he’d picked out the color. I still keep that one beside the bed.
I can't speak with any personal knowledge on anything but your lower parts kits "Blaster Starter Kit". I buy and use them exclusively in all my builds and believe they are the best money can buy. I don't want China MIM crap full of defects and fitment issues. I was originally looking for a lower parts kit similar to Colt or FNH when I purchased my first one. What I found out was yours are even better. My standard builds ALL have a ALG QMS enhanced Mil-Spec trigger and a SOLGW lower parts kit installed in them. Dollar for dollar nothing else comes even close at that price point. I have higher end builds with her husband's Geissele SSA triggers in them but still run the SOLGW lower parts kit. One thing is certain is that there is a lot of garbage out there and this isn't one of them. Buy with 100% complete confidence and you will not be disappointed.
After buying a couple cheap ARs, building a couple cheaper ARs…I decided I wanted a good, forever type of rifle. I work in a gun shop - and out of all the brands and all the “high end” names…it was a no brainer to pick up a SOLGW EXO 11.5. I have never looked back, definitively the single best rifle I have ever owned. Customer for life.
I just couldn't believe the hype 6 yrs ago, so I sent my wife down to recon the joint. Mike showed her around and gave her the lowdown on everything. After giving me her report I asked her if there was anything in the place that didn't have to do with building guns......she thought for just a second and said "there's a bar". I drove down there the next weekend and dropped 1800 on parts!
I started making yearly trips to SOLGW late 2018 and now I am looking for excuses to make the 7 hr drive. Once this quarantine shit is over, I will go check out the new place and buy another rifle. 13.7 M4-76 been drooling on that for about a year Love y'all.
So, I don't personally own a complete SOLGW rifle. I had a large name manufacture BCG that is on the higher priced side of the fence and after a few rifle courses the carrier key started to come off. I called them and was told that this was going to be taken care off, it never did. After about 3 emails and a phone call, I bought a standard SOLGW 158 BCG and haven't looked back. While I can't tell you that I don't have complete rifles from other companies or parts that are just as boringly reliable, I can say that the fact that I never have to think about the components and just shoot makes a world of difference.
I've always ran an AK. I've seen alot of Gucci ARs go down during classes and personal run & guns. My worked WASR never did. I love the finer things in life too but I need to believe that when I pull that trigger, its going to perform! I really wanted an AR but didn't know enough about them too abandon the AK or believe in a company I could trust. I saw the king of plaid himself endorse SOLGW. Did alot more soul searching and research. I now own a SOLGW 13.7 and I've never regretted it! I live in Detroit and was kidnaped in my own driveway, held at gun point and narrowly escaped being killed execution style. My SOLGW is my trusted rifle that sits permanently next to my bed!
I just need a damn keymount NOX 1/2x28. I couldn't ever find anything instock. Id sign up for notifications, get the email and by the time I'd wake up ( work nights ) stating item back in stock, the fucking things were sold out already. Haha. It like a kick in the nuts. I have majority of the parts just need the NOX and your BCG.....and my sandman from the fuckin gubberment... lol
