I was asked if the feet could be removed from the boot, so I made a video showing how far you can take apart an origins figures (and put it back together)

*I DID IT!!!* Thanks to your video, I was able to swap Ninjor's legs onto Faker's purple "furry draws" and boots. My custom Evil Warrior "Chopliftor" is halfway complete! (Probably more like ⅓-way as I need to paint his naked Stratos upper body and wings, get him a Webstor body armor and custom head, but heck, I still feel like you've helped me with the most annoying part of the project!) *YEEEEEEEE-HAAAAaaaaa!!!*

Awesome, I had no idea the figures could be disassembled to this extent. I'm going to have to try mixing and matching parts and making my own customs that way. Keldor and Skeletor might be getting some swaps.

' just got a great idea, 3d printable origins waists that can printed in any color, this way if you want a certain colored loin cloth (this is mainly for like beginners who aren't ready to paint yet) just head up the old waist, take the legs off and put it on the 3d printed waist. What do you think?

I tried to do that a few weeks back and let a knee cool off to much so I streched the plastic inside, now it's a little loose.

You have any suggestions to reattach the legs to the pelvis after they're painted without ruining the paintjob?

Before putting them back on, paint a thin layer of super glue over the paint. (Let it dry for a day or more before reassembling. ) It's best to sand the parts to create more clearance before you paint them too.

I was unable to do it on Roboto's, but other said they have. Many, his waist come apart, but not his head.

I have an origins stratos whose right arm falls off way to easily. Do you have any methods to fix that? If i leave him displayed it holds. but 2 shakes and the arm falls out. the body socket for the arm holds all other arms fine. but if i put the stratos arm on any other body it has the same loose problem.

Is there a video showing how to take apart Origins Roboto? I bought an Orange "CVS logo" Roboto in order to pair his orange legs with Kronis or Clamp Champ's "furry draws".

@@HeBroTV I thought I would ask. Someone once posted lots of Roboto's immovable parts (magenta waist) on eBay. I kept missing out when someone was listing his (red) legs. But since I wanted to paint the upper thighs orange anyway, I'm glad I waited.

Wow 😳!!! You really know how to do this! I wonder if putting in the hot water makes the paint decay or lose the quality of the plastic. My he-man has a factory flaw in that the knee joint of the left leg is longer than the other leg. I probably want to fix this but I am scared it may ruin the quality of the plastic.

Have you tried ripping the arms of a battle armor figure? I think battle armor skeletor looks stupid. But I like the heads. I just don’t buy it because it’s an expensive figure. But I would if I could rip away the armor trunk and put it in some other figure that would look better with armor.

I think the arms may come off, but I don't think the other arms could replace it. Looking at it the arms, are not like the others but more like how the legs fit on to the hip sockets.

What do you do when you want to put it back together after your done painting it. If its boiled again won't the paint come off?

I use a heat gun when I have painted parts.

Hey dude! Hope your well! Need some of your expert advice again so hope you don’t mind! I had to put one of my figures legs in hot water to loosen up the joint. But after leaving it in for a few minutes, it seems to have made the knee joint now too loose! Argh! I tried reheating it, and then pinching the knee joint closed as I cooled it under the cold water but that’s actually made it even more loose! Contemplating just replacing the whole figure but thought I would check with you first if you had any expert tips on stiffening his knee back up a litter first? Hope so!! Lol thanks as anyways!! Your help is always so much appreciated!!

Put in a cup of really hot water, leave it there for about an hour and let it cool on it's own in the water.
