insurance companies needs to be forced into non profit organizations. or they should be forced to return all premiums paid if they drop someone. they should not be allowed to just drop people like this.
It's an excuse due to the cost of a rebuild....Listen, if i was in the bizz, I wouldn't wanns shell out either...I hope people don't take it personally....If everyone has a million dollar home, then what?
I heard after the '91 Oakland hills fire those who's houses didn't burn ended up kicking themselves bc all the less fortunate neighbors all got huge brand new homes as replacements
the states plans will not cover the cost to rebuild. she didn't say anything about not affording it. Also she lived there for 20 years she probably paid $400k for the home. and could not afford to buy it today.
Racket-alism. Same state where squatters have rights over homeowners😭. At this point they're begging us to leave the state. Had both my home and business property insurance dropped. The whole thing is just a joke to be honest.
@@masonite1973 Tricky question. I'm off and on. Honestly, I might not vote this year, which I am well aware, if I don't vote, then I need to be quite, but, in all honesty, every time I've voted, nothing has come of it. I participate in the community and volunteer my time. I also prefer to vote with what I choose to spend money on. That's the vote they see more than anything.
Well first off, send a thank you note to your local and federal government during to their stupid policies. Secondly, what’s the F…….ing insurance is good for when you can’t claim anything. Either your insurance going to be canceled or higher premiums. If the national policy is to have a homeowner insurance before buying house. Than government should be forcing these insurances going none profits or provide other options.
The fires were preventable. 50 years of leftist environmentalists preventing professionals from doing their jobs. On the other hand, there are a few privately owned and professionally managed forests that survived the fires unscathed because there was nothing to burn. Southern California Edison owns this property near Shaver Lake east of Fresno. The public forest was burned to a crisp, but the SCE owned forest in the center of it was was unscathed.
Please, these homes are multi million dollar homes. These neighbors are wealthy enough to start putting money aside to self insure. Most of these homes are not made of flame retardant materials and will burn 100% to the ground and the insurance companies know it.
