I got this ship and surprised how much I've been enjoying it. The lack of AA after playing other European destroyers for so long is very hard to deal with. Also, I get more Dreadnought medals in my Orkan than any battleship 😂

I actually enjoy playing this ship.

I think Kiev haș a secondary gun as well have you tried full sec on it? 😂 the ship in itself would benefit too

The stupid secondary gun could have been an AA mount, that would have been modestly more useful. When I am bottom tiered I just kite and try to set fires while using torps for weak area denial and intercepts.

I dont want the ship because i dont want it. I think AA damage should count as normal damage and should be added to the damage counter the same as secondary hits.

This is a ship for players who love to hunt enemy DDs in division with either a high-DPM gunboat destroyer or a fast-firing cruiser. I'd have compared her to the Hsienyang rather than the Black because she trades out smoke to get her radar, but unlike the Hsienyang, at least this thing can torpedo destroyers. Flamu, you seem to be the only contributor that doesn't hold back. You tell it like it is. Thank you for that. The game is in the worst state it has ever been. After this pandemic lifts, I believe the game is in serious trouble. Way too many new ships, new lines and not to mention, the carrier rework that is a disaster. In a Yamato, T10 Haku, bomb dropped me for 25K the first pass, still got a 2nd pass on me for another 18K and the 3rd for 13K. That is ridiculous. I mean that is so much fun I can't contain myself. So WG, if you care about the carrier player so much, I hope they can keep you in business. Not to mention you do everything you can to kiss the Russians ass to get them to play yet they leave by the droves. Even though they have some of the most OP ships in the game.
