Hey Katie...have you seen the movie Blackfish??? It's definitely worth a watch! It will give you a realistic look into the not so happy side of SeaWorld. Whales are used to swimming hundreds of miles a day...I can't even imagine how hard it would be if I was stuck in a "bathtub" my whole life! Just some food for thought. That being said, rooster fighting is horrific Jose! Poor birds are forced to fight and die a painful death in the name of money. There's a number of ways to make money, but the "people" who do that exploit the vulnerable all to make a few bucks off their suffering. Anyway, just wanted to offer some insight! You started out on Narcoossee just south o the Greenway; that area used to be nothing but fields and forest and a tiny mini-settlement next to a KOA campground, and Narcoossee Road was just two lane blacktop. When I was a kid we'd go visit my grandparents down at Narcoossee itself and you'd have to keep the windows rolled up often as the smell of roadkill (especially skunks) could be nasty. Back then all the growth in Orlando/Orange was on the west side, but now the developers have turned their greedy eyes eastward. Time makes fools of us all, I suppose. Also Narcoossee is pronounced with both O's. It's not pronounced like "Narco", but "Nar-coo-see".
Narcoosee near 192/441 in St. Cloud is no different, albeit it's slightly less developed. The only thing of note on that stretch between 417 and 192/441 is the presence of the Nemours Children's Medical Center about 0.5 miles east of the 417 intersection.
I’m from Orlando it’s gotten way too crowded too used to be nice but not so much anymore. Traffic out of control ppl used to be friendly. I’m 72 so I have seen it grow over the yrs! And it gets hottt believe me. You’re there in a nice time of year.
Go on east colonial, semeoran blvd, Dean rd, Chickasaw & Golden Rod there is lot gentrification so u could see some rlly fancy houses next to an abandoned gas station next to gated to communities next to bad apartments
I like orlando. Very nice city, but mannn its a shame how the crime is up so much in that city now. In 2010 when i went it was not near as dangerous as it is right now
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS well really overall. Lots more shootings in certain areas now than back than. I was looking at the gang beef and i think even they said orlando has gotten really dangerous over the years. I feel like in most areas it was low crime for the most part or at least not as much crime as it is now.
One guy owned most of that land off Narcossee. He bought it back in the 70s and was barely able to pay his taxes in it. Thirty- Forty years later he made good 😆
I moved at 79 to Queretero, Mexico, and my furnished apartment includes all utilities and wifi , and maid service. I have groceries delivered to my door. I use Amazon-Mexico for the food, that i miss from the USA.
