Orlando Travel day! Flying back to Orlando, shopping & Breakfast

This week I head back to Orlando after a couple of weeks in the UK. Join me as I do a super long travel day and then jump straight back into Florida life by going for an American diner breakfast and some home shopping. I end the week by going to Universal Studios to see the new mega movie parade and see Cinesational, their new drone, water fountain and firework show!

Another lovely vlog. Always hard saying goodbye to family at the airport for the flight back. But it is great that you immediately felt that you were “home” once in the house in Florida. Very interesting that you went through passport control but the bags were checked all the way through from Manchester to Florida and you didn’t have to go through any form of customs control either in Dublin or in Florida.

We did go through customs in Dublin which enables you to come in as a domestic passenger when you get to Orlando, really quick and easy, will try and do that in the future!! But yes the bags are checked in all the way 👏🏼 so helpful. Thanks for watching xx

Great vlog! Welcome home. The reason you could hear and not see the fireworks is because Polk County doesn't allow airborne fireworks! We get them Highlands county. Egg City!!!! Good breakfast. Went to the Proper Pie Company last week their fish and chips are really good. Did you have any luck finding the salt?

I couldn’t find the Salt 😫😫 and I also couldn’t find your msg when I was in tesco to see the picture again im sorry, too many msgs in my inbox. I will look back now I know your name again and get my mam on the case, she is coming in September :-) Oh that’s interesting about the fireworks, you learn something every day! Will have to put the proper pie company on our list :-) x

I always feel that it’s rude to put your seat back ,because the tray table becomes a bit unstable ! I never do it because of that reason ! Hope you had a lovely catch up in the uk ! Love checkers burgers and fries , you drove past one and it made me want one lol !

I live 10 minutes from Dublin airport and agree with everything you said . It’s fantastic getting clearance but the last time we flew to Orlando I said never again in those seats! In a few years you can book the fire exit for both of you. Extra but worth it and something to look forward to 😀

I am glad you made it back. Home is where your heart is and it looks like Orlando is the place ❤ i also wanted to try to fly over Dublin to Orlando but I can't find a good connection from Luxembourg to Dublin. I would have to stay over night which makes it more expensive. I also hate it when people put the seat all the way back for no reason. I got one question: what happend to Penny? Was she picked up or did you bring her with you in the overweight suitcase 😂? Great vlog!

Thank you, yes Dublin was great but it does bump the price up when you need a hotel, luckily we have Marriott points so didn’t cost us anything. Penny is still on the loose 😂 they have made a few attempts to catch her but she just keeps flying away! I’m sure she is being well fed from everyone else on the estate! X

Glad you got back OK - hope you got everything sorted out that you needed in Pools. Seeing your video of the safe in the Manchester hotel reminded me of when we first bought our house over there. We went into Lowes to buy a safe; when I asked one of the lasses where I could find one she sent us to the kitchen dept - she thought I was looking for a sieve (Boro accent!). Also when I first introduced myself to the Property salesman I told him my name was Dave - he replied "Div?". No, Daaave I said - to which he replied "Diiiiv?". So I had to say Dayve. How're you managing with being understood - similar problems? By the way, are you hurricane prepared? Items disappear completely off the shelves as soon as one's announced and it's worth stocking up on stuff now - things like a couple of slabs of water, torches, radio, spare batteries, BBQ coals and cans of food (and, if you've got the dosh, a generator in case you lose power!). Just a thought! Have fun. Dave.

Haha that made me laugh I’m always getting misunderstood, I get Kelsey or Casey every time in Starbucks. I think it’s the way us northerners say A.. Jason is from London so he says it like they do here! Erm no we probs arnt hurricane prepared, I have got a slab of water and some torches in each bedroom but think I need to buy a few more bits and like you say some cupboard food, I’ll put that on my list this week. I use Davinci Resolve for editing, the free version. It took a while to get used to it and watched RU-vid videos for tutorials (ironic 😂) but now I find it easy to use. Thanks for watching xx
