So Wellywood Wargaming beat me to the Orlock guide by about 2 days so i changed the format to a reply included in my own review, along with some gang builds.

No worries mate! Your vids are great and literally just recorded the Orlock vid when you released yours so I thought why retread ground, may aswell add to a 'conversation' with it as much as possible

Thanks mate! Hopefully can get an interesting back and forth on necromunda topics! Ever evolving aswell, especially with the outlands coming out!

@@BearfootMiniatures ps - shotguns get rapid fire dice and templates with some ammo types... and you can get -1AP ammo... never mind the blaze ammo. Also, combo Challenge and Iron Stare might be a powerful way to go.

@@dirtybirdsf ye executioner ammo rocks, what’s the rapid ammo?! Is the template ammo you mean the flame storm combat shotty ammo or am I missing a sick ammo type? Think I mentioned it saying why take flamers when that’s there! Iron stare challenge is a cool thought but game wise surely iron stare and combat shotgun to the face is still better (if less hilarious)

@@BearfootMiniatures The ammo with the scattershot trait, you roll to see how much birdshot lands after you hit. It's not exactly rapid, but you still get more hits like rapid. I think there's one scattershot ammo type for each kind of shotgun. Yea, the template shotgun ammo is crazy good when you don't want to worry about BS - some have blast markers even.

@@dirtybirdsf oh right yes mate, the shredder for combats and scattershot for normals (and s3 scatter for sawn offs) all great imo, normal shottys scatter mainly when someone’s already wounded but I do occasionally try it at t3s

Great review/response! Personally Ive been using Bullet Lord to get 3 hits on the turn I roll the ammo check dice on my Bolter. If Im likely to run out of ammo anyway, might as well make it flashy lol.

Cheers mate! I’ve not realised that was another roll then choose! That’s actually much much better then and makes my stance on the HB much more pro!

@@BearfootMiniatures I just checked, and Ive been playing this wrong, it is instead of rolling the firepower dice. I guess that's what I get for not double checking things. My bad carry on as you were.

Iv watched both reviews and love them both. Only thing I disagree on the 'Bigman' name is great on a overseer leader. You can stay out of line of sight and GA and OS.

Ahhh I can see how it’d be good there with the complete los block I don’t use overseer myself just cos I like my leader personally annihilating people but that’s deffo a good combo!

Yep agreed, it does seem a waste of good stats to use him as a overseer leader but I love heavy weapons. And orlocks do heavy weapons better then most gangs. I normally get out gunned with this build.
