He was desperate to find fault - talking about trespassing on scrub land, being uneducated about taking photos of numberplates, rudely walking away, causing a tailback and taking pictures with his mobile phone whilst in charge of the police car. This was a textbook audit where you showed these ignorant constables to be the embarrassment they are.

Wait! The Law has recently been updated regarding the use of mobile phones whilst a vehicles engine is running. Him taking your picture whilst the engine is running is NOW punishable by Law at 6 penalty points and a £200 fine!
As over 80% of "private" cars on the road are on finance the keeper or driver are not the owners, I really don't think Nat West are going to be that bothered if you take a quick snap of one of their cars.

Why do you auditors always do that, you can take pictures of private cars, that's not illegal...if you were a true auditor you would take pictures of private vehicles and do it with assertiveness...

There's a difference between "auditing" and deliberately trespassing, and arrogantly provoking people and insulting them when you mistakenly believe you have a right to film on other peoples property.
