Praise, glory, and thanks be to Almighty God for we have people who operate care orphanages like this to save our little precious ones. Those caring for our little precious ones are God's angels here on earth and they will be blessed back thousand folds.

I am glad I was able to find a video of what the orphange looked like. I was too, at that orphange. I was fortunate enough to be adopted in seattle washington. I hope it was a great experience for you. I hope to someday go back and maybe help out there for a little bit.
I recommend some young and so on people have to visit those institutions and then see...for themselves, before they are having unprotected .....sex.... . also education for boys very early on to respect girls/ women..... and themselves..... @@romaslifestyle985 : My American mom is a single mom, and she went theru WACAP agency in Seattle Washington and they did a home studie and send my mom all the children around the world profiles and she had to choose which country she want a child from.Then they would match you or suggestions for a child that will be good for your family.They will send you a social worker to do home study and then you have to file out paper works for the child that you want, they they would bring the child to you or you can go to that country and pick them up.WACAP is one of the MOST trusted agencies in the world.Best of luck and God bless you.
@lori-ff1cg they were abandoned or relinquished. This orphanage has been closed for many years but at the time most of their children were relinquished.
Dear Mococo, two of my children came from SICW and we have had some wonderful visits there. I have visited many orphanages in India and they are the best I've seen. Highly ethical and wonderful care of all the children. My daughter came from SICW as a baby in 1991, and my son came as a baby in 1995. Are you around the same age? I have led several Heritage Tours to India for parents and kids, but I hope to lead a group of adult adoptees in the next year or two. Would you be interested?
This video is 16 years old. The process of adopting begins with visiting the CARA website. They are in charge of adoptions across India. The instructions given there will get you started. There is a vast demand for healthy infants. If you are open to an older child or a child with special needs, you will have more luck.
Actually these kids isn’t loved on like you think they are this is for show. These kids get no attention just fed & changed. And that parents have 60 days to reclaim their kids after leaving them seems strange what are yall a 60 Day babysitter? Kids up for adoption should be the new borns so they learn English & not screaming toddlers! Idc if it’s china or India!
Hi, Sitara! This is an old video but SICW still looks much the same. Kolkata is always the same! I've been there about 10 times. Two of my kids were adopted from SICW. One left in January 2001 and one in April 2005. When did you come home? Have you visited SICW?
