I know this area and I know for a fact units in this building cost at least double the $760 claimed in the title. 16万円 / 月 is much more likely. That's either the split cost, or after company housing support. It's unrealistic for people to believe this is a common price for these types of apartments. I won't reveal the name of building to protect uploader's privacy, but I used to live near Sakuranomiya so I recognized it almost immediately.

I believe I mentioned to some comments that I got these apartment from a friend that bought this studio however, because of some issues(wooden floors has damages,some electric issue etc and undergoing construction noise) he lowered it down for us because the previous tenants didn't stay longer as well.
@Saatvik Bakshi My apologies but I can't share it as I got this not by a broker but connection, my friend owned this studio but the past tenants moved so he offered it us. However , there are so many dealer in FB page that you can check. Like kansai or osaka apartment group etc. Goodluck on your apartment hunting!

The rent gets cheaper if someone died on that house. The people who know about it are the owner, the one who offers the house/apartment (I'm not sure how you call them), and the first tenant after the previous one who died. But, that is pretty good for a $760.
NO WAY this is $760! I live in Kokura and this would be $1100 at least. :D i love the backdoor from kitchen to the toilet and also the balcony is sooo good.
I think so, a few of my neighbors have dogs but I believe there is an additional fee for that . My place is located in Temma :) a station away from Osaka station.
use gaijinpot for apartment searches with pet features. Go to the tab section, select apartments, go to the search and then press on advanced features and it'll give you the option to search pet friendly housing
@@ethelindamorte921 just gotta remember that foreigner targeted sites like that amp up the prices a bit, though not all places are more money some definitely are. Summo is in Japanese (but google translate works) and has all the filters plus a bit more.

The only downside I see is the high-speed road close to the building, but I'm afraid that's quite a common feature in Japanese downtowns. The view is great though, and the balcony around the flat a great addition. Still not the flat of my dreams, but it looks new, it is not small and everybody knows that in Japan (in every big city all over the world, unfortunately) you have to scale down your expectations.
Thanks and You're right! Especially when big bikes go racing the sound definitely is a pain. Also, the dust that's why I don't open much of the windows . But with this price, I'm already thankful unlike the past apartment I stayed where I have to share showers, toilets with the tenants living in the same floor 🤢 my first accommodation in Japan.
If I lived in an apartment like this with my sisters.... I get dibs on the Traditional/ Japanese styled room cuz I'm currently addicted to those style and especially the tatami mats! I just love them so much and want one! >_

Please don’t take this the wrong way but do you think it’s that price because someone died or others have complained of “ghosts” there? It’s just that I’ve been living in Osaka for a very long time and I’ve never heard of pricing like this unless it’s due to strange circumstances.
hehe no problem, Yeah I've heard of stigmatized houses but for this one, we know the owner personally and they gave it to us for a lower orice because connection and the some wooden floorings are damaged :)

It's a japanese closet, it's pretty huge as well , I don't know if you have seen the anime doraemon, it is like doraemon's bedroom 😂 we use it as a storage area though

Hi, I got this from a friend so basically from word of mouth. However, in my previous apartment I got it from daiwajin homes website ( my apartment that time was 3LDK for 581 USD but it's 30mins away from the main city). Also, I would suggest checking Facebook pages/group like Osaka Apartment Hunting and Kansai Osaka realestate. Good luck on your apartment hunting!

Sayang yung tatami room. Hindi po dapat patungan ng kung anu-anu ang tatami mat dahil madali masira at hindi rin dapat tapakan ng nakatsinelas kundi naka-medyas lamang para hindi dumumi. Napakamahal po ipalinis o papalitan ang tatami, baka singilin kayo extra ng landlord niyan. Ouch!

How I’m the hell did u get that apartment for only 760 u lying because my friend just got one and I was going to as well but she said the cost is 3,000-3,500 to be fair she is living in Tokyo tho 1ldk is alot cheaper but did u like sell your soul or something because that’s beyond luck.

Yes, I believe so, even though I haven't been able to stay in Tokyo generally the price is a higher than Osaka like rent, utilities and food :) this is also one of the reason I chose Osaka.
None :) this was justs pure luck for having a friend who offered this apartment to us, also a few wood works were damaged so maybe one of the reasons they give us this for a low price :)
