Great videos guys! Ask hotels about complimentary hotel stays. Rather than have vacant rooms they'd rather have customers spending on other things like tours, restaurants or casinos. Cheers

Hello all! I was wondering if it is practical to do day trips to Osaka from Kyoto? Meaning, if my wife and I had the appropriate rail cards and used the right transportation methods would it then be practical to stay in a hotel in Kyoto and train to Osaka for a couple of day trips?
