Michelle from Malaysia and Ke Huy from Vietnam (tho they both r Chinese ethnic group). The fact that South East Asian is usually looked down on. Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan are not only present the Asian in general but also a proof for the capability of South East Asian.

First Asian woman to win Actress in a Leading Role was Vivien Leigh and then Natalie Portman both won way before. Just because they don’t look “typically” Asian doesn’t mean they aren’t.
