just like to say thanks for the video. I myself have this model but maybe slightly older in red. Can I ask does this model also have the built in gray changing mat which is located behind the small pack stored in the main frame via a zipper near the bottom? (maybe my model is newer ?) Can I also ask if you are still in contact with Osprey why in the UK we can't buy the optionl rain cover (not even mentioned on there Web site) I had to import mine from USA for $55 :( Also (sorry :) why the rain cover has been changed to green ? This is an odd colour of choice I think as from a distance in bad weather on a dark road it could be taken as a green traffic light "go", In the UK road and rail workers use the safer colour orange partly for this reason. Also where can I buy a replacement mirror as I can't find one advertised. Still love the carrier .ta.
Hi Gary, thanks for all of your questions and feedback! If you have a non-AG Poco, your pack should have the changing mat in it. That was a feature we removed when we updated to Anti-Gravity. We're not sure why Europe doesn't offer the rain cover as they purchase it for all of the other packs in our line but that and your other questions are great inquiries for them! We've heard from quite a few customers who had to purchase one from the US which we know is not ideal. Hi thanks for getting back to me regarding my questions. Yes I have an Osprey carrier with the changing mat.. just used it yesterday matter if fact as very usefully and convenient also good for quickly pulling out on rough surfaces for feeding the little one on .. just wonder if the one advertised had it built in ...would be a shame to loose it. Yes went into some of the biggest outdoor retailers here in Scotland who specialise and sell the Osprey series but unavailable on there systems which was also a surprise to them... if any country needs a rain cover it is certainly ours lol. They can get the rain cover for the smaller carrier but not the Premier etc. Once again I thank you for getting back to me. Keep up the good work. Gary.
