This video is part of our "Rhag ofn na welsoch chi o. In case you missed it." series. Now our ospreys have set off on their migration we are revisiting moments during the 2023 season. This series of videos are highlights of the 2023 osprey season at Llyn Brenig.
This clip (7th June 2023) shows the 2 chicks about 1 week old. Its was a beautiful day at Llyn Brenig and Dad (ringed LJ2) brings in a fish for Mum (lost ring LM6) to feed the chicks. It is amazing to think that within 50 days the chicks would be fully grown and fledging.
