when stealing cakes, its best to stand on top of the cake seller. you'll never get caught by guards or the seller at all

anyone starting ironman at wt make sure you buy a house before you walk there.. or you will regret it because you don't get construction xp when you repair the brazier and you don't want to have to pick up planks......

Pro tip for stealing the cakes, just stand where the baker is. You literally cannot be caught

imo on an Ironman (i have a HCIM) instead of doing this you should do a bunch of quests to get your skills leveled out THEN do wintertodt (i did it to 99 firemaking) instead of just preparing for Wintertodt first thing. Edit: I just wanna confirm this is a REALLY good guide for wintertodt never the less

cool method, you could also just complete the stronghold of security for 10k and buy 800+ pineapples and slice them and that should last you to atleast 90 firemaking at winterdodt

tip for thieving from the bakers stall in ardougne: if you stand under the baker npc youre virtually undetectable, and he doesnt react

i would imagine getting wines from the guy in draynor for 1 gp each after thieving like 500 gp would be faster if you abused log out, at least for KOTS type accounts

Guys if you're a lvl 3 ironman don't bother doing wintertodt unless u only want 99 fming or tomb of fire. They nerfed wintertodt for lower lowers. You get items u can only use at your level. Anchovies as food oaks for logs grimy guams for herblore and guam seeds etc.. for farming. did 80 kc without a single shark, snapdragon, yew seed, gold ore.

I know this is old video, but need 50FM now to even do WT Not sure if you mentioned that or not, may have missed it lol

If you add like 5 hours extta for preparing for wintertodt can make a huge difference. This is totallly worth it if you planning to do wintertodt for 99. Get like 15-17 hp by killing cows and collect cowhides for 22 crafting , finish knights sword and mine yourself up to like 44 mining by smithing steel bars and make steel med helms (make sq shield when youre high enough, same profit and best profit ) till 40 smithing. Next you can make some gold bars and buy like 4-5 sapphires from the gem trader in al kharid. collect some cosmic runes at lvl 50 wildy at the ice giant gate and make some games necklaces for some like 30-40 teleports to WT. later on just finish biohazard, rune mysteries and ardy easy diary for the ardy cloak. Last fish 2k karambwanjis or so. Yeah it takes a few hours more time but its totally worth it becaue my point of this actually is: You can take your cat to wintertodt and you can easy tele to ardy with your cloak to get 200 death runes and tele back with your games necklace every 3 hours. gets you like 4k deatj runes already while leveling 99 fm :) hope its helpfull

If you do wintertod on a 10 hp account its only doing 1 damage, but at what hp is it starting to do 2 damage? So till what hp level can i train that i will benefit the same damage as a 10 hp account? People saying 14hp others 17/19

Addition: You have to complete X-Marks the Spot before being able to go to Great Kourend, so after you get all the pieces, return to Lumbridge and start the quest with Veos at the inn. It's fairly short and the last step requires you to turn in a casket to him at Port Sarim, after which point you can talk to him to go to Great Kourend. Question: On the run to Wintertodt, are there any hostile NPCs low level players should look out for? I'm a combat level 4 HCIM and I'm not trying to lose HC status before reaching the Todt.

In case anyone's checking this out now I feel thieving for the cakes in Kourend is much better, there's a great spot at one of the stalls where you will almost never get caught.

You didn't miss anything in this guide. But with the new tempoross boss, i did tempoross till 82 fishing, cashed in rewards (82 for best fish rewards) than just use the trash fish of which you will have around 14k lol, to eat during wintertodt, as well as giving yoursefl about 7k sharks, 3k turtles, and 1.6k monk fish to flesh out food supplies for later. I got lucky with caskets but its not really a money maker, but got around 2m in alchs from that as well. took me around 50 hours going for rewards rather than fishing exp, got average of 3.9 tickets a round. tempoross is 100% safe for hcim.

If you’re an Ironman, you’re going to have to do a lot of skill grinding anyway. I recommend just playing as a 10hp skillet for a while before you do wintertodt. You’ll get better rewards.

apparently you can just stand on the baker and steal the bakes and never get caught by the guards.

4:47 FYI anyone wanting the safespot, it is NOT what he instructs. Simply stand under the baker salesman and you will be safe from every guard forever. Perma safespot.

you can minigame tele to pest control then leave the island to get to port sarim, saves a walk from lumbridge

make sure not to drop your bronze axe to chop tress at lvl 1 woodcut, If you did go get one at the chicken farm towards varrock

Solo thieving cakes: stand on the corner and if the crier walks to you, click to talk to him. He will get stuck blocking guards for you

There’s a level 2 Man near the Kebab shop in Al-Khalid. He has no talk option, so you can spam click him.
