Tbh I played rs from 2005-2019 had maxed accounts and stuff No new players join runescape its just the people who ones played rs in last 20 years they when they hear about it they might play it and mostly 80% of them quit Rs will always be played by the same community that played in last 20 years And its waste of years 😂 imo 100m farm exp no pet 2020 okayy lol
@Tamilz it does pull few from streamers, but that's about it. The younger generation have pulling in retro games in recent year, so this might be a big boom potentially.
as someone whos been follow GDQ and speedrunning as a whole since around 2012, the thought of runescape being in a GPQ event is mind blowing and honestly shows just how far both runescape and GDQ have come
Chemistry is so underrated! Yall should really go subscribe to him he does tons of cox mentor raids and he is always so helpful and nice to people who just want to learn the mechanics so they can make some progress. Overall an extremely nice guy and worth a watch!
I made a post on RuneScape forums about 10 years ago for load outs. Pking set up, pvm (insert boss name here set up), Nh set up, farm run set up, etc for example. It got a lot of traction but also a lot of hate. Glad to see it’s actually being considered now. I’ll take my 10%

im interested yet worried about the documentary, as if its based off osrs lore then its not cannon since osrs is pretty much a revamped fan service title. meanwhile rs3 lore is the official cannon lore, and zamorak story is extremely fleshed out there.
Dude if they release bank loadouts I will be so fuckin happy. I’ve been saying that for years and it’s the biggest put off to go pking for me. I literally spend more time gearing than staying alive. Just so off putting. Would lose my shit if they added that 💯💯💯
I think speedrunning a raid is pretty low-ball, and was just done to convince the showrunners of an opportunity to showcase a bit of Runescape in a way traditionally befitting to something they don't understand. Ideally, a Runescape speedrun at such an event should be something more flavourful and unique--as the creator community is now known for with all their snowflake builds.
@@malcolmisk00l If you actively play on Runelite but are against updates like this, you're an actual clown. Plugins have been doing shit like this for years. This game is far from a "classic" game anymore, if fucking bank presets is where you draw the line idk what to say.
