Hi phxfamer4844, well firstly he's there for the Romeo and Juliet Quest. Secondly, F2P can use energy and strength pots and though you can buy them easily from the GE, ironmen can use F2P ingredients and coins to get this guy to make them for you! Outside of this, I cant think of any other uses for him... 😅 Hopefully that answered your question!
