after I got the book n talked to habaek then I went to the pheonix underground but I can't join pheonix gang. The option just how do I get the job n get a copy of varrock herald. But nothing happen after that
As a F2P hcim, I am absolutely terrified of this fight. Gonna do 75 melees, Str Pot and anchovy/pizza swordfish combo. Gonna do it with my rune scim and rune sqr shield.
According to the osrs wiki droprates, one has to grind through 15k HP on average doing body golems, while flawed and mind golems require 20k HP on average. I'm not sure how the difference in defensive stat between mind and body golems balances this out.. but for those not interested in mind runes, flawed golems should be killed as their lower defense stat will get you there faster.
I completely understand what you are talking about in your video but could you please tell me how non members can get magic and learn magic and no I won't reveal my location or name all I want to know how to start learning magic as a non member and where non members can collect magic books in free to play mode if you don't understand what I am talking then tell me when you first started playing old school RuneScape how , when , where did you pickup your starting equipment for learning magic in free to play mode
I have 40 attack, 1 DEF and 55 STR. Wanting to keep the defence at 1 but it makes it hard to survive a lot of the time naturally. What STR level would you suggest I leave the monks village to the next stage?
Yo trenchgunnah! Sorry to hear that! I think I might not have been clear enough in the video the safe spot seems to only work if you get Elvarg behind both the Skeleton on the floor and then go behind the rocks, like you see me do in the video. She needs to be in that same exact position/angle otherwise if she doesn’t get stuck on that side of the skeleton she can still fire blast you. Hopefully that helps! And apologies I didn’t realise the safe spot was so precise when I made the guide. I’ll definitely look to explain this better in an future edit 😅👍

It was initially frustrating for sure, for me when I finally got it to work, I’d go in that spot, but she’d wander to the right more so I’d have to walk all the way around the corner and burn up all my run energy to flick her. And every time I came out I’d get showered with fire (my fault, prayer was too low) but after about 20-25 minutes I managed to kill her. Very thankful you mentioned swordfish because without them I still probably wouldn’t have finished the quest 😅 Thanks for the awesome guides tho bud!!
i train my ranged at karamja volcano, there is a safe spot against lesser demons, i use adamant arrows,takes 30 seconds to kill them, with 320 exp per kill. so within an hour thats alot of exp, although the rarest drop they have is rune med helms
Yeah that’s definitely a good spot! And Rune Meds are still decent money for training. My only issue with the Karamja Volcano is getting into some of the safe spots can be a pain, like you kill a tone of demons from one position, but sometimes others can get to a point where they ignore the safe spot or your character keeps running out to hit them 😂
Yo sk818factory5! Erm I was taking no chances with my HCIM so I went in at base 60 melee stats I think 🤔 kinda over kill with 40 prayer but I think even then there was an attempt I had to tele out of. He can hit hard Obor… 😅

Yo fuvet! Thanks for the comments! In answer to your question I would say it depends. If you’re on a HCIM I’d definitely train up a tad more to make sure you don’t lose your status. If you are confident you can flinch Elvarg then you can definitely do it with those stats. But if you want to tank her, like go toe to toe, you’ll struggle. I would definitely get at least 40 att first so you can use a Rune Sword. Hopefully that helps you decide 👍 Good luck 🤞 🍀 👍

Yeah I had the same issue with the red ones… Absolute pain in the arse 😅 it’s kinda funny honestly everyone hates this quest 😂 (me included). I just kept world hopping till I found one with the sheep exactly where I wanted it and went from there… Still managed to get them stuck like… 😅 Hope you got this horror done Jstrelts! 👍

so heres the fastest wa if ur not iorn man make a second char and park them near the dep box give them the wood need to make fires and grab 8 at a time cook the tuna and drop it then dep the cooked sword fish

That could be true, it’s definitely a problem that a lot of the GE methods kinda depend on how many people are using that method, too many and it crashes the price and demand making it hard to sell. There’s also a limit on the pie dishes for this one so you can only buy 500 every 4 hours, so it’s best to leave a big order on the go in advance of making the pie dishes. Always check the margins on OSRS Wiki too!
Hmm you should get it as an option, have you spoken to Reldo in Varrock and do you have a cooked redberry pie in your inventory? All I can think of 🤔 Hope you got it sorted!
The rune sword is just faster so you will hit more often so you will get a higher dps out of it. You can use a long though if you want and technically you will have a higher max hit. But because it’s slower you will still have a lower average dps. Still usable though! Hope that helped! 👍😅
The key for melzars maze? You need to speak to the guildmaster and say every option to get the key and unlock all the other map pieces 👍 Hope you got this sorted!
Im a new player ironman, I am 5 hours in and have gotten 3 reds, 2 yellows and one white one so far. Seriously, why do gamemakers so often think that doing the same thing for hours and hours without progress is fun in the slightest? Its been like this in retro games and newer games. I might just quit the game if I dont find the last one anytime soon, fuck this.
Yo gurkengerd! The imps are really irritating early on. All I would suggest is maybe level up a bit and come back, it’s way easier if you can kill them quick. I’ve gotta say though OSRS is a grind fest 😅 hard to get around that, especially in F2P…

Yeah seems like a million years ago when a bond was only 4 mill… absolute steal in comparison to now! 😢 I keep hoping it will drop over time but it’s only going up…
