Excellent video!! I’ve been dealing with pubic pain for over 2 years and have been to a few healthcare practitioners without relief, but the exercises in this video provided some immediate relief. Is it safe to do the abdominal stretch when I have diastasis recti as well?

I felt from a racebicycle and little tear is causing me a lot of pain. In hospital they told me its a small tear that must heal by time. Is the tennisball something to use for recovery? I am in alot of pain for almost a week now. Can a fysiotherapist mean something for me? Greetings, Mart from the Netherlands

Hi there 🙂 Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we don't have any more exercises to help with osteitis pubis. But if you do these two exercises regularly, this should be enough to help yourself with it, so you can get back to your sport. 💪🙂 For best results we suggest that you do them every day for at least two minutes (per exercise). 🙏 Please update us on your progress and share your experience with us!
