Hi, nice video. For long term pain management, is Nsaids indicated or used long term? Can u give examples which nsaids at which doses can be used long term? Ifxso, can ibuprofen 400 mg be used for 2 years daily? As far as i know nsaids only used for 14 days maximum

In NSAIDS, you can use celecoxib which is a COX 2 inhibitor and has no or minimal effect on stomach. Prefer life style modification weightloss, mild exercise like walk. Keep a check on Rfts.
