In the instruction manual for Andis® detachable clippers it says do not snap the blade on without first turning it on. Snapping on the blades with the motor off will degrade the drive assembly. Worn edges on the drive assembly will increases the noise of the clipper. Change the drive assembly and see if the noise decreases.
I have the european 97 version. The cordless has 22 watts and the old corded version has 45 watts output. So the cordless are half the power but still double the power of most standard clippers.
Ive always been a fan of 76ers...but ill mainly lean towards the cordless do to that convenience ...because I like to cut where ever im needed IF possible.. Oh and I already have few blades from old ones that's a plus.. Heyyy I say each blade is a pair of clippers..lol
The comparison I’ve been looking for. I had the corded 76 for a long time. Wanted to try the cordless. Went to the store they were so light. I was a little concerned on how they would perform. Thanks so much for the review
