OSTER Fast Feed...First Impressions is Everything! 

Oster is like the old grumpy dude that peaked in the 70's-80's and can't understand "how to internet".

Shame there 5 years too late. Personally think barbering has advanced and these are old tech. Also don’t think theres a gap in the market for these anymore. No way im putting my gamma’s, babyliss, wahl or style-crafts down for these. No big advertisement push, no build up at all. I feel like they put these out because of pressure from barbers making noise. Not because there passionate and actually wanted to. Lets be honest. Oster make money from microwaves, toasters and blenders. I don’t think they even pay attention to the barbering side anymore…

For those that care. They will be releasing an all black and silver version of all 3 cordless machines that look a lot more modern. No official date though or if the price is higher for the black versions

The only thing I'm not sold on is the size. Aside from that I really like these. They sound like their detachables which may mean they have crazy torque at low speeds. Build quality looks solid too. Appreciate the info Reggie 💪🏽💯

The length is the only thing that makes me nervous for long term use. They things are poppin! The range of movement of the blade. Ability to zero gap out the box and the pivot motor in classic colors? That’s all we’ve wanted for years

Oster fast feeds don’t have enough power. I used them on a regular haircut on a little boy and the blade was struggling to cut the hair and those are the corded version. I told my customer to send them back.

It’s a pivot motor with a worm gear which makes it almost like a pivot motor. I ended up buying two after sending it to you.

Please do a review of the oster trimmer! I think Oster trying to keep the fast feed original as possible. Can’t wait for the review!!

I love how the oster page is promoting the 3 clippers but corded. They haven't promoted the cordless line in a long time. Never knew these dropped. Oster Octane is my favorite clipper though

Just got my cordless fast feeds and first thing I thought was not that they're behind the times or Oster is out of touch with the barber world...it was that we've been spoiled for the past 2-3 years. I don't blame Oster I blame gamma and babyliss. Let's face it if it weren't for the lo pro (which I haven't put my hands on) and the rebel why wouldn't they stack up? The color? The shape?

Idk to me Oster always had a retro feel. In their clippers the packaging! Prolly why they're so late to the party! I kinda like that tho! Its unique!

Can someone tell me why the Andis Gold Limited go for 4 Bills🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️??? I can purchase a SC REBEL and a Wahl Senior combined for that. Andis gotta lower that to at least 275.

Oster overpriced this clipper due to everybody that wanted them, but reality is gamma and babyliss way ahead of them. They both have clippers that are better for a cheaper price it seems like.

They need to update their look with the times.

ive used the oster octanes since their release & love em (& EVERYBODY should have an Interchangeable BATTERY like these do!) & ive been using oster 76's & model 10's, fast feeds, & t-finishers for 30 years... i come from a family of barbers & to the old school guys like my dad, oster was the top tier, the upper echelon... BUT... i haveta admit, so far im very underwhelmed by this new release... theres just zero excitement coming from oster... gamma throws a virtual party every time they do anything ...even though they can not seem to create a "trimmer" blade that deosnt suck... they still shoot balloons outta their butt every time they put another one out... & they generate excitement & they give us tons of customizting options, weather it be functional or cosmetic! (so big kudos to them for raising the bar) ...but at this point oster seems like their just shoving something at us, begrudgingly, to shut us up?!? ...i absolutely love my corded t-finishers, & those new cordless ones are the ones im most excited for, so ill hold my judgment till i get my hands on those, but overall, it would serve oster well to at least offer us another color choice or somethin, other than (plagiarized from rum barber) "Barber Dad Maroon" ...thanx reggie (i will add one thing... im not sure what motors in em but man do they sound EXCATLY like my old corded fast feeds!)

Oster really disappointed with this cordless in terms of looks as you have mentioned, it looks “outdated.” Barbers have been asking and waiting for the cordless Fast Feeds and Oster gave a 90s look with cordless technology. If you look at the cordless Andis Masters, the Babyliss FX, and even the cordless the Wahl Seniors, they all look way better than these Fast Feeds. I started out using Fast Feeds but these do not make me want to buy them at $220. I’d rather buy another cordless Masters or cordless Seniors. But hopefully, they cut better than the Andis, Babyliss and Wahl but it would be so much a better and cleaner cut that warrants me buying this Cordless Fast Feeds. They just ugly. For now, I’ll stick to my cordless Masters. They at least come in different colors and now even copper.

Just found your channel a few days ago. Great content! I will be starting my channel very soon. Not gon lie tho, these are some of the ugliest most dated clippers I’ve seen in awhile. The packaging looks old. Like the box look like the colors faded causes it’s been on the shelf for years. Unbelievable and a slap in the face that some of these companies refuse to modernize their “classic” clipper. If it cuts like a champ, that’ll be its ONLY redeeming quality.

Now we need to purchase a ceramic blade to zero gap 🤣

Everyone wants to be sold something with balloons or hype or pretty packaging or extensive color options when none of that has anything to do with the clippers or the way they perform. If you gift wrap dog poop does that make it anything better than dog poop? These clippers are everything we love about the fast feed but cordless with the ability To zero gap right out the box without changing cutting blade and the range of motion in the blade is increased not to mention they gave us that whisper quite industry leading pivot motor that every fast feed fan loved. I’m stoked on these, none of the extra dumb stuff but everything we wanted from a cordless fast feed! If they stand the test of time its a home run for oster and will do big numbers right up there with lo pro fx and rebels from style craft. I don’t want 5 lid options with a jank motor from a clipper that is loud as hell and rattling
