Mania is free SDVX is not Therefore it's just natural for SDVX to be better

Agreed, sometimes sound voltex its pretty uncomfortable on keyboard. Sometimes even in the controller it self. You mist have a lot of technique to adjust your hand to different patterns especially in CV with laser.

Umm, SDVX III is actually available on PC (problem is you need a lot of space for the game to run). Also there's no way you can play SDVX on 3DS, Switch would probably be better.
