Your planche skill is out of my comprehension. Been trying to get it for couple months now, can't wait for the next video ! Please explain how do you avoid wrist pain... Keep it up man !
Nymphet Forearms pain phase goes away as straight arms get used to body weight. Now I struggle with both wrists as I am placing them on less than 90 degree in relation to forearms. Pain occurs at the very end of exercise and after. Need to bend them opposite side immidiently to feel any relief. (Currently doing 8 pseudo planche push ups/set, 30 sec straight arm frog stand and 20sec planche lean hold)
Ryan Rosetta my advuce is to warm up your wrists! I had the exact same problem but after the wrist warmup routine it went away. 5-10mins is all it takes

Didn't know Osvaldo talked :O Little joke aside, you're my biggest inspiration in calisthenics, as well as my favorite athlete. Thanks to you, planche and statics moves are my favorite exercises. Hope I can get past all the troubles in my life and become a great calisthenic athlete (even if it is as a hobby) just like you are. Thanks a lot man.

I am currently 16,I've been working out for an year now and I have accomplished a lot of goals,I found about you exactly when I started training and I told myself''damn I'm gonna be as strong as him one day!''and now I can almost do a straddle planche whch I've been training for 4 months now.Great video and keep up the good work!You inspire others. :)

Inspiring and very motivational. I changed my training from over 30+ years of lifting weights. Got into calisthenics at the age of 48yrs. Now 50 years young im still loving every challenge. Great video Osvaldo 👍💪😀
