സർ, എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഉള്ളത് 2008 മോഡൽ Honda Shine ബൈക്ക് ആണ്. ഈ ഒക്ടോബറിൽ retest ആണ്. ഞാൻ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നത്‌ ബാംഗ്ലൂർ ആണ്. അതിനാൽ അവിടെ re-registration with retest ആണോ കേരളത്തിൽ bike കൊണ്ടുവന്നു retest ആണോ നല്ലത്?? ഏതായിരിക്കും ചിലവ് കുറവ്?? മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു..

സർ എന്റെ അനിയൻ വെസ്റ്റ് ബംഗാൾ registration ഉള്ള ഒരു two stroke ബൈക്ക് എടുത്തിരുന്നു. അനിയൻ ഒരു അപകടത്തിൽ മരണപെട്ടു. Noc പേപ്പർ കാണുന്നില്ല.. എന്തേലും ചെയുവാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ?

നമ്മൾ വാഹനം വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ 15 വർഷത്തെ മുഴുവൻ റോഡ് Tax അടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. വാഹനം വേറൊരു state ലോട്ട് മാറ്റുകയാണെങ്കിൽ. നിങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ പറഞ്ഞപ്രകാരം വാഹനം എത്ര വർഷം പഴക്കമുണ്ട് അതിനുശേഷമുളള വർഷത്തിൻ്റെ മാത്രമേ അടയ്കേണ്ടതായിട്ട് വരുന്നുള്ളു. പക്ഷെ നമ്മൾ 15 വർഷത്തെ Road Tax വാഹനം വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ വാങ്ങിയ state ന് കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതായത് Balance വർഷത്തെ Road Tax ആ state ൽ നിന്ന് refund കിട്ടുമോ. അതോ ആ Amount നഷ്ടമാകുമോ

Sir പലരും tax ന്റെ കാര്യം പറയുമ്പോ Depreciation ഇല്ലാതെ ആണ് പറയുന്നത്... അതായത് 8 വർഷം പഴക്കം ഉള്ള വണ്ടി ആണേൽ tax ന്റെ 47% അല്ലെ അടക്കേണ്ടത്... പക്ഷെ അത് ആരും സമ്മതിക്കുന്നില്ല.... അങ്ങനെ deprecation % Tax എമൗണ്ടിൽ കുറയ്ക്കും എന്ന് ഉള്ളത് ഉറപ്പ് ആണോ? Eg : 2015 Model Pajero Sport വണ്ടി ആണേൽ അതിന്റെ 2015ഇൽ കേരള Ex showroom Price 35,00,000 Lakh.....Tax Scale അനുസരിച്ചു 22% അല്ലെ... So 7,70,000....7,70,000÷15 Years = 51,333 Per Year Tax....8 വർഷം പഴക്കം ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ.. Balance 7 വർഷത്തെ tax കേരളത്തിൽ അടക്കണം എന്ന് ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് 51,333×7= 3,59,331..... ( പലരും ഈ എമൗണ്ട് tax ആയിട്ട് അടക്കണം ഈന്ന് ആണ് പറയുന്നത് ).... പക്ഷെ Depreciation % കൂടെ കുറച്ചാൽ എമൗണ്ട് ഇനിയും കുറയേണ്ടത് അല്ലെ???.... 8 വർഷം പഴക്കം ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട്....47%... അതായത്....3,59,331 ന്റെ 47% = 1,68, 885.... ഇത്രയും അല്ലെ അടക്കേണ്ടത്...... സർ ഇതിൽ അപ്പൊ ഏതു എമൗണ്ട് ആണ് ശെരിക്കും അടക്കേണ്ടത്.....
