okay but what happens after your post graduate student work visa ends? most companies dont want to sponsor so what visa option is available besides the skilled worker visa?
Assuming the two partners are from Africa and during their stay of study or during their post-study visa they got married and gave birth . Are they entitled to stay as parental citizens?
Their Children do not become Citizens automatically by virtue of being born in the UK , as non of the parents are Citizens yet. the Children will have same leave to Remain as their Parents, or they Can Gain Permanent residency after 7 years of being in the UK. To the best of my knowledge, you can apply to extend your visa as a person who is already studying in the UK , on a Masters programme. Once you are granted, your visa will last for the stated duration of your degree and normally allow for multiple entries into the UK.(seek further advice from your school's student Centre if you need to follow this route) All the Best 👍
