These lifts look pretty in-efficient, typical 10 year old GeN2 to be acting up already. The Buzzing sound is really annoying.

I think they are. This is the retail park just off the M50. It has mainly electrical / clothing stores such as Harvey Norman, PC World, Next Home, TK Maxx and Sports Direct.
