That 2 panel of Otis Series 1 Elevator looks similar to the one at Children’s of Alabama 7th Avenue Parking Deck in Birmingham, Alabama, but different floor serving like B, S, 1-5. 2 is the bridge access to Children’s McWane Building. The elevator door has a center speed opening and it has 2 controllers, 1 faces the parking and the other faces the bridge. That’s a strange controller at Children’s of Alabama 7th Avenue Parking Deck in Birmingham, Alabama. I’ve first been in Children’s of Alabama McWane Building when I was 11 years old in 2016.

The Left Elevator is from the 2000s and The Right Elevator is from the 1990s with a Low Pitch Chime.

This is the later S1 fixtures as the buttons protrude out and the door buttons are not green
