Before the Mod: All of the Busch Stadium Garage Elevators in St. Louis, MO

(9-2-18) This is a complication of all of the elevators at the Busch Stadium Parking Garage BEFORE the 2020-2024 modernization project. Across the two garages, there are a total of 18 elevators. All of these were originally Westinghouse installed in the 60s. They received a slap on mod with Adams buttons in the mid 80s and then a heavy mod by Schindler in 1990. These elevators also have some really cool custom floor indicators.

I like that funny chimes because that first elevator on the left in southwest parking area it has JCPenney cursed chime. Yes I do have a 2 funny cursed Elevators ones in Tampa. Ones at Westshore AMC ELEVATOR AND JCPENNEY ELEVATOR AT CITRUS PARK MALL FLORIDA 🍊

What was the cause of the indicator issue in one of the elevators? (I'm asking because in one of the elevators, blue was lit up even though the elevator was actually on black)

I have no idea. Some controller issue is my guess.

@@stlelevators I've seen a similar video that involved the same elevators. One elevator was having the same issue as there were three floors lit up on the indicator despite the actual elevator being on a different floor. Perhaps maybe the LED bulbs inside the indicator were broken?

In the West Garage Northwest, there were 10 levels. This could have made this bottom floor unlocked.

Westinghouse. Schindler replaced the controllers in the 90s. Those chimes are actually Westinghouse.

The west because it has 10 floors. Only one set of elevators goes to all 10.

Interesting how one of the two elevators in the bank of four actually had two chimes at once! One was low pitched and one was high pitched.
