The Manx pub and Wakefield, it’s right next to Chelsea! It’s a low key small hippy town. They have also have a great music venue called the black sheep.

I hope that will improve yr ecperience of the city next time u visit
Agree with the Wakefield in general and their foot paddle maze. there's also the quarry that's a really nice swim spot and calypso swim park. Gatineau hills have really nice bike and hiking trails. Hogs back park/falls are very relaxed area. Little Italy in general is really cute and blues fest in July. You did a lot of nice things in Ottawa in this trip. Thanks for showcasing the city I grew up in!
Ottawa sucks trust me I went on a Field trip to parliament hill in 4th gr and there was a guy with pics of a fetus and the water intake for the city in just downstream from ware thay dump shit and piss in to the river and it is just Government buildings and a lot of the city is poor a rlly shity so plz don’t come to Ottawa Good vid btw
I am from Ottawa and this highlights our city so nicely! I see a lot of comments that Nordik and Parc Omega are not in Ottawa, this is true but the point is they are a short day trip from the Ottawa core which is why it is important to showcase them as well for Ottawa Tourism!
I'm from ottawa and snowboard alot, even though some of the hills are not considered Ottawa, I still say they are in ottawa as it's not that far out of city. There are places in Toronto that are just as far or farther distance to travel, but that's still part of toronto. Also, tubing as lame as hell. Lol not something I'd show off.
well it is not Ottawa plain and simple...just like the Casino lac Leamy is in Gatineau when Ottawa could not get their heads out of their asses and build a casino so while bureaucrats in ottawa studied and studied the pros and cons of a casino, the quebec province built the casino in gatineau where most ottawa people bring their big dollars
I know everywhere she is! Because i live in Ottawa!! Parlement, pure kitchen, idk where this is, but the OTTAWA sign is near Tuckers, Sweet Jesus & The Art Gallery Etc! #OttawaGang where are y’all at?
i’ve lived in Ottawa my whole life (minus a few years abroad) and i love it just the same. a really great city, wish more people would give it a chance
I live 2 hours from Ottawa. I used to live in Gloucester, the east part of Ottawa. Thanks for showing the good time you had. I am often asked what to do in Ottawa and now I will send people this link! Winterlude is always my favourite Ottawa time. In the summer though, Camp Fortune has a really fun ropes course, Luskville caves in Gatineau are great, lots of nice biking trails in the city, Petrie Island beach, Coyote rock gym, etc.
I’m now so totally homesick!! I’m love Ottawa, I was proudly born and raised there. I live in Georgia right now and nobody knows it exists, everyone knows Toronto. Thanks for sharing this incredible place with RU-vid!! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦❤️
That noise is totally crazy hun. Hope you are well. Thought we would pop in before we fly out to Bulgaria next week for a few weeks. Always great to catch up with you, parliament Hill is crazy, what a fantastic idea. So many people and free. My favourite word is free lol. Thanks so much for sharing this with us. Stay safe and catch up again when we get back.
You did a great job highlighting how amazing and beautiful the Ottawa region is. If you ever do a Spring video, you should check out North America's only urban sugar shack, the Canadian Agriculture & Food Museum, a bike ride through the network of trails, and a Brew Donkey tour. For the fall, the Arboretum, a hike through the Carbide Wilson ruins in Gatineau Park, doing a ropes course, and a Night of Nature Nocturne at the Museum of Nature. Ottawa is totally awesome in the summertime! I remember getting a beavertail from Byward Market last year when I went there; they are so good! I almost went to the Aviation and Space Museum on my visit, but I ran out of time. I will definitely have to check that out as well as Parc Omega on a future visit! Great video!
A great video as usual. Ottawa is a quiet city compared to Toronto or Montreal, but it is one of the most beautiful cities in North America and well worth a visit.
I'm about to spend six weeks up in Southern Ontario at my family's cottage in the Saint Lawrence River largest thumbs up this video and bookmarked as a reference for things to do during half of July and August thanks for this perfect timing!!
If anyone would be down, go to majors park (near art gallery) on the weekends and find the hill going down to the water. Sometimes you can find guys skateboarding down the hill, it's fun to watch and just relax for couple seconds. Nice view too. The sometimes even have competitions there too. Bring a lawn chair as you can sit on the side. If you wanna be extra cool, bring a couple bottles of water to hand out. Lol
I've been to Toronto and the Canadian side of Niagara Falls a few times. Also the 1000 Islands. Each time I hear about Ottawa, it seems more and more lovely. My brother went there last year for a Senators game. He raved about the place. And what better way of convincing one to go somewhere than watching another of Nadine's fantastic videos? That Space and Aviation Museum looks to be right up my alley! Not sure about going up in that plane however lol..but definitely looks cool! And all those people doing yoga..almost mesmerizing to watch! Excellent presentation once again :) You never fail to impress Nadine. I hope your back is holding up :)
Nadine, I really enjoyed this video so much. I rate it as one of your best ever, because you covered so much of what Ottawa has to offer. I guess you had really heavy sponsorship which is great because it allows you to really fully show your skill in making awesome content. I'm like watching the BBC travel show, and hoping that one day they will get as good as Nadine, but probably not.
Jan Emily There’s so many cool things in the fall here, like Saunders farm, Tours downtown of haunted buildings, and so many city run activities in the market
What an amazing content, Nadine!!! Specially Parc Omega, wow! Didn't know Ottawa had such cool places like these you've showed us. Thanks for sharing these tips :)
Way cool! My son & I are about to get our passports (waiting for them in the mail) We are thinking a neat long weekender in Canada for our first marks in the books. This is such a great idea! I took a look & it looks like the park has Tipis to stay in 😍🤩 Thanks again for another amazing travel video so we can see what the world has to offer us!!!
Love the video! Being from the region, Nordik Spa and Park Omega are not in Ottawa. Nordik spa is in the Outaouais région (Chelsea, QC)! Park Omega is in Montebello, QC.
Glad you enjoy Ottawa come visit anytime i lived in Ottawa al my life very beautiful city and so much things to do maybe next time get to check out our water park Calypso really fun and amazing place to visit!!. You have gain a new sub just because this Ottawa was so amazing haha. cheers :)
I live in Gatineau, and you really made a great video! Bravo 👏! But it would be more accurate to say that Chelsea, Wakefield and Omega Park are on the Quebec side... Anyway, you gave me ideas on activities to do! Thanks !
Wow I live in ottawa and the sights there are lovely I mostly go to places near the west of ottawa so i never go to the places u go to #CanadasBestCity
Or mountain bike because ziplining is lame. Best time to go there is in the winter. I snowboard there and its sweet. People dont know this, but every part of the hill you can go off trail to find deep snow or ride the mountain bike trails that are covered in snow. Just bring a friend when you do.
HEY NADDINE! I remember your from wayyyy back in the day when you made a World of Warcraft "Commercial". Loved that video xD ... Would have been neat to see you in the streets of Ottawa!
