Great reaction to an awesome band! Ever heard of Onuka? Ukrainian electrofolk band. They make really original stuff. I esp recommend PEREMOHA, TIME, ZENIT, Don't Fly Away. Also YAGODY is really good.

Another band you should check out is Wardruna. They are a Scandinavian folk band. Most if not all their instruments are traditional. I don't recall seeing them use any modern instruments. A good song to start with would be Lyfjaberg (Healing Mountain).
