I live for the aesthetic in your comparison videos! split backdrops and matching shirts just get me so excited 😂 you guys both had great results, I definitely feel like Taylor's hair has a more uniformed look because of the strong hold and LoriAnne's hair is so full and fluffy because of the lighter hold 😍 they both seem like great products it just depends on the look you're going for.

Good to know they sell products for DIFFERENT curl types! I love the climate control one. I'm almost out of it, so today I purchased the Vitacurl thinking I'll try it and see if there's any differences- do I like one better. I NEVER thought about checking which curl type it's made for. I'm still new to ouidad and haven't read up on them enough. This will be my second bottle... Thanks for the review!

Hairs Roxy Exactly! I was so glad when I realized the gel and cream were stylers and not meant to be layered soaking up all my coins. So I just passed on this valuable piece of knowledge. You have to be careful. We went to a salon once where they used that expensive styling cream as a conditioner 😳😳😳 like whaaaaaaaa??? No honey. That was beyond extravagant. People,leave salons wanting to duplicate their looks and buy everything that was used during their visit. Be careful. Salons get these products for free but us regular consumers do not! OK, so I used the Ouidad Curl Quencher Gel by itself as a styler and I got good 2nd day hair. I then tried it with Giovanni's Leave In and it turned milk white. I got nervous that it would dry that way but it didn't. It dried clear and I got good 2nd day hair too, just a bit more moisturized than without the leave in...I'm happy that I found a good combo.. I envy people who can get 4, 5 6 and 7 day hair... I can't do that, by day 3 I need to fully wet it, and if I'm going to fully wet it I may as well wash it... The spritzing my hair with water tends to only frizz my hair, so I fully wet it... Thanks for your tips ladies...

Also I feel like even drug store stuff is getting super expensive like Mielle is getting a little higher like one gel is 17 I think and The Mane Choice prices have been getting super high which is wild they know everyone is going natural now all the brands are hiking up their prices that ouidad isn’t even high end hair care anymore

When we thought about it we said Uncle Funky’s Daughter has a Gel for 25.00 and Ouidad charges 26.00.These brands are getting to be pretty neck and neck. And it’s product junkies like us that encourage their gouging us 🤷🏽‍♀️

I went out and made myself proud. I looked and looked for eyeshadow and found the elf brand with instructions on which shadow to put on and where for two dollars. A wine color. I so excited about the new products! I love it, so I buy the big bottles from shampoo (2), conditioner, leave in, hydra-cream (n/a), styling gel (2). These are my holy grail and I get perfect moisturized, elongated popping curls always It gives me big bouncing, blowing in the wind curls! Nice review ive been eyeing these products for awhile so I might give them a try and see of theyll work for my hair type.. I will say I appreciate when you guys are doing a review you try to stick to the same line of products instead of mixing a bunch of different lines and altering the results because I notice alot of youtubers will do reviews but then they use 4 different product lines in one wash in go then blame it on the product they're reviewing smh 😒. Alot of these lines are designed to work together and some ingredients just dont mix so thankyou for giving us thorough reviews.. I get so frustrated when I'm watching a review and see that because it throws the review completely off and you never know if its the product they're reviewing or the mixing thats throwing it all off.. I stick to the same line for best results in my wash n gos. Your channel is going to continue grow because its unique and honest. Nice back drop by the way you guys are really good at paying attention to detail.. Way cool

I purchased the Ouidad Ultra-Nourishing Cleansing Oil Shampoo and I love it. I’ve been using their Curl Immersion No-Lather Coconut Cleansing Conditioner line for almost 2 years. The ouidad climate control gel might be a great gel for me to pick up for the summer the summertime in my area gets really muggy and my hair tends to frizz alot in the summer I don't mind the crunch excellent review the results were amazing and the gel does look moisturizing I love how radiant both of your hair looks and zero frizz

I so look forward to seeing your videos... I prefer Ouidad to Deva anytime..I guess I'm bad and bougie too.. I have always used the cream prior to the gel with the Curl Quencher Line..I will need to try the gel by itself... I just ordered the travel size refresher spray and the strong hold gel, it's arriving soon..I'm psyched... I love your next day refresher idea with water and styling cream... Both of your hair looks great!!! I think I need to stop being lazy and start going back to Ouidad in NYC for my hair cut...LOL.. My Deva stylist salon is literally 2 blocks away.. That Rezo Cut though has me tempted.. LOL I don't think I want to travel 1 hour and 5 minutes to NJ... LOL!!!

I love Ouidad as well mom! I have been using them for years! Since I got my first cut from them in 2010. I think they are worth the price. I get 6 day hair with the gel Climate Control and have been using it for so long. Such an amazing brand. Tay! You should try their Whipped Curls Primer- I use it under the Climate Control gel and Jane Carter Curls to Go. Ugh I am such a Ouidad fan!

Safiyyah Mathews Ouidad has a great reputation! They call themselves the Curl experts. I would try the travel sizes first so,you don’t make a huge investment and you don’t care for them, but they are good products that make purchasing products a little easier by breaking themselves up into hair types, like we explain in this video. Like classic =2 Tight=3 Kinky=4. For just a little beginning guideline. Go to their website Ouidad.com it will really help you if you are interested. 🤓🦁➰💕

my first intro to ouidad was the curl quencher cream!! i then fell in love with the cc line!! I ordered the biphase spray on monday and i get it tomorrow. the gel i want to get a trial size of but idk we will see. Only because i still have two bottles of the original climate control gel that i use a lot all summer! I wish the featherlight cream came in a much bigger size.

I always see Ouidad on the shelves at Ulta, I pick up a bottle...oggle at the price...and put that bottle right back on that shelf, lol! 😅💸 I always get so confused between all the different Ouidad lines, and this video helped to clarify that a little bit. You've got me thinking about checking out a trial size version of the climate control gel. Y'all mentioned that it's supposed to be a firmer hold gel, did it hold up to Day 2 or Day 3? :)

Rainbow Sam Ouidad.com breaks it down even further so you can understand all their lines and which lines are best suited for which Curl textures. Taylor did say that the Climate Control Gel gave her 2 days and then we had to film so she couldn’t test further. Just put a little conditioner in a spray bottle with water and shake it up and spray and scrunch your hair as a refresher. It works wonders.

Have you ever used the Quidad Moisture Lock? It is a good leave in. LoriAnne since you are a Quidad fan you should try the Quidad Whipped Curls as a styler. I used that with their gel...got good results. TaylorAnne, I love you hair parted on the side....very flattering.

My stylist at the utopia hair salon used the Quidad climate control styling cream and the spray . I wasn’t impressed. My hair frizzed up the min I stepped outside. I guess my hair really is bipolar😂😂😂

Kelsey T Wow! That just goes to show how different Naturals really are. When the Utopia Salon introduced my hair to the Curl Quencher Line I was hooked and have been loving it ever since. They asked me through exactly how to use these products and even how to refresh the next day by adding a little water and conditioner in a spray bottle and shaking it up and spraying it all over my hair to revive the products the second day. It was th Line I have been dying to show you guys on this channel and the line that I, LoriAnne used in this video (blue side) 🤓💕➰

kristine Kerr Yes we did. At the time we were using the Q-Redew. However, we don’t recommend it because from what we keep hearing and from our own personal experiences it doesn’t last more than a year. We have yet to find another one so, unfortunately we can’t recommend a steamer at this time. We are still looking for a replacement ourselves 🤓🦁💕➰

I had samples of Ouidad Curl Quenched Gel and it made my hair feel dry. Wonder what I did wrong because LoriAnne Your hair is on and poppin!! TaylorAnne your hair is beautiful too and I wonder if that gel would be good for my vacation in Costa Rica. Your opinion?? I have 3C hair as well.

M.A.D.CURLS ok so i also purchased the climate control feather light styling cream and humidity gel and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I had no frizz and it is raining here in ATL... My hair was really soft with little shrinkage...i was hoping not to like it so i wont spend MORE money for products...but I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! AND WILL USE ONCE A MONTH...LOL...i will try the blue line later this week and will let you know...
