Great job on the truck Kyle, I was curious though do you think you’ll ever put a different set of wheels on it like from the 99 to 2006 body style? And maybe convert the rear drum brakes to disc’s and have four wheel disc brakes? That would be an awesome upgrade to the truck

The drum break part is super important for Chevy trucks all the way up to 2005 even on the Colorado!

I can understand why you replaced the old starter with a gear reduction one, but your information isn’t completely correct. I believe the larger small block starter was used in Chevy trucks until 98 or 99, but I can’t swear to that.
