This one has been a long time coming! I tore up my shoulder early in the 2021 season but Purchased this bike right after knowing I would not have the chance to ride it for over a year. So far it was well worth the wait. More to come as we just scratched the surface on dialing in this build.

You could RU-vid it to double check the wiring. Then just grab wire, fittings, and heat shrink from the hardware store.

Do you ever have gas come through the vent on the IMs tank?

Hey, yes when I do the quick fill that is how you tell it is full. I am sure a very small amount will come out while riding. I am probably going back to a non quick fill tank this season just because the fumes from Vp110 are smelling up the shop lol

Did you change all the brake lines in the front or just the one going from the master cylinder down?

Hey, the yfz had stainless lines on the front when I bought it. Currently it is the silver stainless line going into the splitter. Then it goes to the black coated stainless on the a-arms. I may change the upper line to the black coated one just to keep the blacked out theme going and I will convert the rear line to stainless in a later video when I address all the cosmetic stuff 😎

Do you know the part number for the Rekluse “locking thing”? I have a stock one on my Rekluse and would like to switch it out.

@@limitlesspowersports I watched your install video and I did everything the same but I did not spin that washer after I put the basket on. The quad seems to be shifting fine and clutch runs good so I’m not sure if the basket went on all the way or not… any idea how it would run if the basket didn’t get pushed in all the way?

@@RYDRmotorsports it would most likely make really bad noises if your basket was not lined up with the oil pump gear. It would probably break the gear

Right now on vortex map 9. I will probably wait until it’s time for a fresh motor before I do custom tune. I am going to swap back to 110 from the pump once I run out of VP. I like VP but kills my nose 😂

This one has engine ice in it just because I had a few extra bottles. Most of my atvs I do 50/50

Hey, it is right at 46” with the houser -.75 long travel XC a-arms & the durablue adjustable axle

@@assetprotection5389 In XC the front and rear are narrowed to help with the tight stuff on the trail. Not always required some are still out there on std width yfz's. I will say with a proper set up houser front end and shocks you hardly notice any loss in stability. So win win
