We start running our air late May ( now) thru all sept … just so you are prepared … the worst heat is usually June / July but it does come and go all the way to sept 😂love Arizona too but yeah air is expensive cause you HAVE to have it ! Glenda

I usually run my A/C through October. August I feel is the worst month because of the humidity that comes with Monsoons. Summers are hard here for me, but there's no snow or ice which keeps me liking Arizona.

Marissa - the second "quarterly" estimated tax payment is due June 15. It is such an eye roll, but it is what it is. The third quarter is due on September 15. So, they really aren't quarterly. They are just due 4 times a year.

I just found you and I’m so happy!! Also - embarrassing - I wish I would have found you sooner since we are in year 31 of our marriage and our finances have always been a MESS!!! We have a lot! But when I close out my budget it's 1% of my budget so I don't let myself worry about it but probably I should. :) I just saw something that Verizon is starting to stream channels for a low price. I might look into that.
