Our Afternoon at Ocean City, New Jersey 

NJ ROCKS!! :) Rock n roll NEW JERSEY!

I grew up vacationing at Wildwood from the '60s to the late '80s. But in the '90s my Parents suggested we take our kids to Ocean City because it was more family oriented, like Wildwood used to be. We've loved it ever since! One day we hope to retire to a little condo in OCNJ. Wish us luck!!

We are going here with our 3 year old for the first time. This video made me really excited!

I love and miss Ocean City New Jersey!!! I can't wait to get back there, hopefully next summer. One of my favorite things to do there is ride a bike from each end of the boardwalk and also ride to the 34th street playground. I love to mini golf also, my favorite place is Medieval Fantasy. Every time I've gone it isn't a trip without having some coffee from Ocean City Coffee Co along with Manco and Manco and Johnson's Popcorn!

I grew up in OC. (now FL) I'm old enough to remember it being Mack and mancos. I still have to bring a few lbs of taffy home. And a few buckets of Johnsons popcorn when I go up to visit family

Wow the best pizza and that candy store is spectacular. I really enjoy the beach and boardwalk. I can see how coming here can be a family tradition. There's something for everyone here And it's meticulously maintained.

We live in Philly too! We’ll take the Ben Franklin to OC as well. This is so neat! OC is our favorite place. Mack n Manco is the best pizza in the world.

My daughter grew up on and lives on Saint Simons Island. She prefers Ocean City. We haven't been there in over ten years but she still talks about her few visits growing up. The segment on Shriver's took me back to my early 70's college days. I spent three summers running a machine that wrapped salt water taffy behind the glass.

I'm all about a Boardwalk. Joe would obsess on the pizza. I love checking out all of the fun shops. Looks like it's a beautiful place to vaca. Great video.

OMG, all the salt water TAFFY!!!!!!!! I love the Taffy on the East Coast. I have been to Ocean City before so thanks for taking me there. Used to go there once every two or three weeks when we were living in VA. And drove to Atlantic City for some fun too. LOL. LIKE #8 my friend. Stay safe and stay awesome. 👍👍👍👍

I lived in Ocean City NJ in the late 80’s. I think I’ll take my wife on vacation next year to South Jersey. She’s never been to the east coast. Thanks for the video. OC has changed a lot since i lived there. I lived on 4th and Wesley by the Tabernacle.

In the 1970's my family owned a hot dog stand and parking lot a block from the beach. Since it's been years since we've been to visit, it's nice to see all the changes. Thanks for the tour!

We really need to get back there

My wife and I have gone to OC NJ every summer since we were married in 1986. Our kids grew up in the Plymouth beach between 7th and 8th streets. So safe and such a family atmosphere, my daughter was actually proposed too on the beach she grew up on every summer of her life. Now, we all still come to OC, just a lot more of us. Not only is it our kids, but now our grandkids are growing up on the same summertime fun in America’s Favorite Family Resort. For those who never been, do not be afraid to give OC a try. Totally safe everywhere on the entire island. Beautiful place for young children and couples young and old who want to just enjoy a really nice family experience. For those who want to give OC a try, download the app. Plan your day, week and/or summer around the awesome family friendly events including family night on the boardwalk. I usually don’t comment on the Tube, however OC is worth a try for those with young children. Nice job on the video. Unfortunately you would need to make a movie to show all the family things to do.

Amazing footage! Wow... those Shrivers chocolates... just love these types of fun stores... so many salt water taffy flavours! Ahhh.... relaxing at the beach is one of life's most wonderful joys... love the shark display on that boardwalk area... wow... you know that the original story that resulted in Jaws came from the shores of Jersey with a rogue juvenile great white? Crazy... I was just saying to my wife, 'no way... probably young people and alcohol galore'.... you say it's dry? I love it! I have never heard of Ocean City.... we would LOVE to go! ha ha... what?? You see, what you saw was all of the tourist stuff. We usually go see all of the less popular stuff, such as the abandoned railroad, five and dime, and some other stuff. As much as I love the boardwalk, the amount of tourists gets really annoying.

Great video but you missed the awesome downtown!

That is one of the best beaches. I really like the boardwalk there. The only bad thing about that beaches. There's not a big area of sand like there is at Ocean City, Maryland.

We always park on 5th or 6th street, by the rides. Camp out on the beach, eat at Mack & Mancos (Ok I know) on 8th. Sit at the bar and watch the people.

Manco and Manco is so overrated as well as over priced. I would not even put it in the top 10 best places to eat pizza, you need to get out more. LOL
